I ordered a Fred Perry jacket and paid via PayPal on 6 May 2020. To date 15 May 2020 the jacket hasn't arrived and I've sent an email to the company asking for an update but as yet haven't had a response. I fully understand these are difficult times, but an email advising of an expected delivery date surely isn't too much to ask for.
Many thanks for the speedy reply, I've received an email from FedEx informing me the item will be delivered on Wednesday 👍

I purchased some UGG boots and after weraing them only 3 times the stitching started to come undone for over an inch. They cost £107.99 plus postage. I'd had them for only a month! On contacting psyche I was told that they were now out of guarantee!!! I complained and they eventually agreed for me to send them back at their expense. After I'd heard nothing for 2 weeks after I'd tracked the parcel to delivery at their address I emailed them. I received an answer a week later, apologising for not responding. I was assured that the matter would be looked into asap. They then stated that they wanted to repair them. After again being left to wait for a week I was asked to prove that I'd actually sent them, even though I'd sent them proof of posting and delivery. The whole saga took 4 months from raising the initial complaint to them actually issuing a refund, only after I threratened trading standards! Not one word of apology. Worst company I've ever dealt with!

The negative rating of 57 from a total 79 reviews vice other retailers' attracting up to 12000 plus positive reviews says it all! Stay away from this company if you want to avoid shock and disappointment. I ordered a simple scarf (per Order # WEB404894-463) on May 2 and received an order confirmation. But after receiving no news on order dispatch although their website claim for same day dispatches, I contacted seller on May 6, 2020 after locating their email address from the confirmation mail sent me (btw, nowhere in their website will one find their contacting email address). A staff then emailed to say that their dispatch team is having issues in locating the scarf that was on the website, and that they have 'arbitrarily' cancelled my order and refunded my money! Just like that! Notwithstanding the fact there is a pandemic on, there can be no excuse in their not having the professionalism and decency in proactively communicating with me on the issue and or offering me an alternate scarf of my choice at a decent discount to make up for their inefficiency, poor inventory/warehouse management and indifference to customer services. It is really an 8th wonder how they got so many ‘awards’ and unlike other online retailers it comes as no surprise that they do not display the Trustpilot sign in their website!

Ordered two polo shirts on line on 7th May and invoice said expect delivery 8th May. Its now the 12th May and I still have had nothing. Telephone number just rings out giving no information.

I’m happy to give Psyche a 4 star review. I ordered clothes during the pandemic lockdown and the order came by FedEx Reasonably quickly. Sadly there was an incorrect item. I was able to contact the company by telephone and they promptly sent me a prepaid mailing label to return it free of charge. I was kept up to date by email regarding the correct item and communication was friendly and businesslike.
I appreciate that many businesses are working in a challenging and difficult environment during this lockdown period and that mistakes can happen. Yes, I was disappointed with the mistake with my order, but I was very pleased with the way it was rectified.
