I agree the worst online shop for clothing!!!!

I agree the worst online shop for baby clothes. No communication whatsoever i have emailed and rang numerous times and I was supposed to receive my order on Friday 5th June and till this day nothing has arrived. It says it’s been dispatched. I emailed zgibson and no reply back at all.

BEWARE Don’t Order anything from this company!!!!!!!

ive ordered few items as next day…

ive ordered few items as next day delivery on monday today is thursday and the parcel still not left yet,and the reason they giving for this is covid.
Stop lying about delivery services they been working as normal all year,and they dont even answer emails or neither answer their the worst place ive placed an order ever by far,shocking customer services really bad,NEVER SHOP FROM THIS SITE!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!

Like many other reviewers here, given the current circumstances I am extremely understanding of the pressure retailers are facing. However I am not understanding of poor communication and even less of being sold damaged B grade goods as new items.

I paid for next day delivery, it was sent a week later. I emailed customer services and received a reply a week later. When my purchase finally turned up there was damage to the shoulder and hem. No reply from customer service, however they did manage to falsify evidence against my paypal claim within 12 hours, funny that?

Avoid at all costs, saving a few quid isn't worth it - I am gobsmacked these clowns are still in business.

Poor service. They do not tell you of stock issues on their website.
'surprisingly' this only happens when you have a discount code.

I wish I could give psyche 0 stars after placing an order on the 16th of May I am still sitting here none the wiser as to when if ever I will receive my order! I have heard nothing and have emailed twice and received no reply. It’s my sons first birthday on Friday and he has a photo shoot hence why I ordered new clothes for him. I only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This lack of customer service is disgraceful.

Legit site so happy!

Ordered tommy Hilfiger reversible bomber jacket for my gf... was out of stock most places around the world.. i found it on here for a ridiculously good price and decided to try my luck.. even during peak corona virus changes and couldn't believe how fast shipping was to Australia.. only 2 weeks.. if your unsure about your order email Zoe she re assured me it was legit and i received my tracking number directly from fed ex via email next day.. very happy customer and great quality and pricing and shipping..

Good product

Was skeptical after reading the reviews. My order came within 3 days and the product is fab! The only thing I would suggest is sending a shipping/tracking email as I didn’t know it was arriving, but other than that, fab service!
