Great Customer Service!
My experience has been excellent. I needed a polo shirt for a weekend away and noticed there was no next day delivery service available. So I phoned them and spoke to a lady called Charley and she said she would upgrade the delivery to next day for no extra cost. I received the item on time. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service
I ordered a pair of jeans from these guys, after a week they still hadn’t arrived. I rang up and spoke to a lady called Charley and she explained that one of our neighbours who had only just moved in had received my jeans but as they didn’t know anyone, had sent them back to Psyche. (A cock up by PayPal wrong address) So Charley waited for the return to come back as none of my size were in stock otherwise she would have sent a replacement straight away. As soon as they came back she sent them straight back to me (correct address) next day delivery. Have them now and very pleased. Would definitely use these guys again, thanks to there customer services.

Dont order from this company
Ordered a t shirt weeks ago which subsequently never arrived. Dreadful service from their courier, FedEx. Ok communication with a person called Charley, who has assured me I will get a refund. At a time when competition is so fierce, I would've thought a company would look at their dreadful reviews online and possibly think, do you see a pattern emerging here. Dissapointed as it was a Birthday present which I now cant give.

Excellent Customer Service by Christer
I had a great experience buying my jumper online. After reading a few reviews regarding delivery I thought to phone up and ask what the current situation is. I ended up speaking to Christer who was absolutely amazing with regards to customer service and ensuring I would receive my item on time.
Christer even went out of her way to call me on the weekend to confirm my order had been dispatched.
I received my item today and could not be happier with the whole buying process.

Good service free delivery
Don’t normally leave reviews but have read a lot of negativity on here but my experience was good. I ordered and the two items arrived within a week carriage free. The quality looks ok also and it was well discounted and packaged.

I placed the above order with you and my delivery was due on the 2/6/2020 I contacted fedex the same day they confirmed it had been delivered but there was no parcel left in the driveway as they said. After they investigated they confirmed there driver could not remember where he left the parcel and I was told to get back in touch with you. Order placed on Monday 5th at approx. 11am, no confirmation of dispatch although website states they dispatch next day. They do not answer any phone calls to query whereabouts of orders and every response to complaints on websites is send an email with your order number to zgibson at psyche......I'd hate to see the size of z gibson's inbox.

Be aware. I've ordered item 3 weeks ago. After I emailed to find out where is my parcel I received a reply couple days later saying that my order has been cancelled and nobody didn't even tried to notify me... Ridiculous service. I would never use this site again. Don't recommend.

I ordered from here last year with no problems so I ordered again, but this time not so great. I placed my order on 1st June and on my account it has said ‘dispatched‘ for the past 2 weeks... I emailed twice requesting an update or a tracking number but have received no reply. It is now 17th June.
