Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish! I ordered 10 days ago - still no word on them actually dispatching the item and was today told they were refunding me as the item they sold me was in fact out of stock - cowboys! Avoid avoid avoid - I’d rather pay double and use a reputable seller

Pants (no pun intended)

To give you some context, I'm male, mid-thirties, online shop-aholic and a very laid back guy in general. To this day, I've never needed to post a negative review about any company....until now.

Things started well. After being recommended Psyche by a few of my friends, I ordered a pair of jeans at a good price and the item was delivered efficiently. Unfortunately they just weren't the right fit, hence I had to send them back, but was certainly willing to use Psyche again in the future.

However, it has now been one month since my return was received (Royal Mail tracking info confirms this). I've sent countless emails directly and through Paypal and tried to call their offices on numerous occasions. Not a single thing back on my order. Not a single word of anything. I'm very aware of the fact that we are in the midst of a global pandemic and I expect things to take a bit longer than usual. But to totally ignore my outreach is just damn right shoddy.

What makes matters worse is that judging by the daily marketing emails i'm still receiving and the fact that customer care are responding to 'all' the positive messages on Trustpilot, there is clearly somebody available to assist with my refund. Perhaps they will now show their face?

Word of advice in the meantime, don't use Psyche. Just not worth the hassle. Doesn't look like i'm the only one with issues either...

SCAMMERS !!!!!

Scammers 1 star is too good of a rating for them absolutely SCUM ! order items for my baby of this website got no email with tracking number or dispatch details I emailed them 20 times for a tracking number anyway items still never arrived got no refund fraud that’s plain and simple what they are do not order here

Ordered some Armani jeans said they would be here next day delivery even paid delivery fees when they claimed it was free but regardless item still has not arrived , didn’t get a dispatch email or a tracking number to track my parcel would not recommend.

Absoulte disgrace they took my money an…

Absoulte disgrace they took my money an I got no email about dispatch after numerous emails I finally got a reply that they couldn't find my item in the warehouse and that my order has been cancelled and I will be immediately refunded. That was 5days ago. I have still not received my €150 refund that I am owed and they ard now saying i should contact klarna for my refund that it's nothing to do with them. I Ordered of the psyche website not klarna

Psyche changed my order - didn’t get any information

Ordered a jacket and some accessories on April 12th (live in Denmark and paid £ 10 for shipping) - 12 days later I received the accessories and a refund to my account for the jacket. Tried to get an explanation by customer “service”.
Not impressed.

not happy with service I understand there's a pandemic but atleast update your website and tell customers its a delay in orders. had to wait 1 week and 3 days for next day delivery service. AVOID!!! stick to mainline or flannels

Brilliant

Disgusting

Disgusting! I made an order last week, recieved an email confirming order and estimated delivery...it’s been a week since their estimated delivery date and nothing...I have received a small partial refund with no communication about what is going on, I have tried calling and they don’t answer, looking at reviews seems this is the norm for this company... Do not shop with this unethical company

Bought some items last week with an…

Bought some items last week with an expected delivery of 13th April. The order never arrived but in these difficult times I was willing to bide my time. Yesterday I received a partial refund with no communication. I then had to chase the outstanding amount which to their credit they refunded, but again no communication and a waste of time ordering. I'd advise not to use unless you ways mess on to end up back at square one.

No communication with the customer

I placed an order last Saturday, I got no follow-up from them despite the 8 emails I sent them to the 2 addresses they give when responding to complaints from their customers. It is inadmissible, I always buy my clothes on the internet and no professional does that. I had seen the negative comments on this company but I did not want to believe it, even if the period is difficult what I can understand, they must communicate with their client. To be honest, I have no idea where my order is, however they took their money very quickly.
