Apparently, I made a mistake and scheduled the exam for 12 a.m. (midnight). I called them after logging in early for my exam, which I thought was at 12 p.m. I explained that it was a mistake, and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay for it again. What a great customer service.

Customer service was lackluster to say the very least. Multiple failed attempts to try to get to the root of an issue. Dismissive and derogatory comments made in follow up emails. Long wait times to speak to someone and then being transferred to multiple different people with no solution or direction or guidance. The test taking portion was OK however technical glitches made it very hard and stressful during an already stressful point. The tech support team was very helpful, but it still was very unnerving that the program itself rebooted it, and then it was concerning to think that it would happen during the test. I would also like to point out that the proctor was very blunt and did not give off a feeling of being supportive. They were appropriate, and I understand that they have to do a job as outlined by their guidance, but I feel that some personalization would make the experience a little bit more comforting to test takers.

Every single technical issue I’ve had has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to even begin to TRY and find a solution. Communication barrier is HORRIBLE. Any technical help is always referred elsewhere and then you get stuck in a circle being sent multiple directions to people who still don’t know how to help. Even the bell bubbles, I’ve gotten left on read and have to call the hotline where the circle re-begins. ONGOING NIGHTMARE SINCE DECEMBER 13th even to Today January 23rd.

No one communicates well. Had no proctor for my written exam in tifton and didn’t say it was cancelled or nothing. Then Drove 4 hrs to Atlanta for the hands on practical and called and cancelled lastnight, yet called customer service said it wasn’t. One girl got a email saying it wasn’t cancelled so We drove here to check and ask questions no one there and door locked.

Very helpful in preparing for the actual exam. Would recommend for anyone taking the exam for the first time to get a good feel for the program and question types for each section.
Took my practice exam the day before and it helped alleviate a lot of stress and anxiety just knowing how to go through the exam.

It was adequate test prep. I found the format and the questions to be a good representation of what to expect on the state exam. The repetition and the clarification provided with each question was helpful and made studying efficient. I ordered the seven day option and began using it daily exactly 7 days before my test.

I tried to take a certification and they would not let me because my name did not match my ID. Mind you all it is missing is a SPACE in between. I submitted my ID when I registered and I showed that exact ID and they still would not let me. I called customer service and non of them is able to even fix this tint issue. IT IS THE SAME FRICKING NAME. I thin k it is stupid and they are no help whatsoever. They did not give me solution to my problem at all and now I have to wait over the weekend to even get in contact with anyone. I have a very busy schedule and I specifically took off on this date to take this exam and they just did not let me.

I saved up to book my Life in the UK test because I'm working towards my British citizenship. I carefully followed PSI's instructions, paid £50, and made sure to bring the exact identification they requested (BRP).
When I arrived at the Cardiff centre on time, I was told I couldn't take the test because I didn't have the "right" document. But their own email said the BRP was fine! The receptionist wouldn't listen, wouldn't get a manager, and just cancelled everything.
Now I don't have a refund. I don't have a test date. I don't know when I can try again. My entire application process is on hold because of their mistake.
The worst part? They don't care. There's no one to complain to, no one to apologise. Just silence.
If you're applying for UK citizenship, please don't use PSI. You deserve better than this.

I have had nothing but lies, runaround, and absolutely trash customer service from PSI.
I am a disabled veteran. I took my Georgia Real Estate Exam, and I am legally entitled to have my points awarded. I submitted my paperwork exactly as instructed on the December 9th. They received it on December 10th. That part is documented.
After calling and emailing over and over again — literally dozens of times — PSI finally admitted they received it and said they would “let me know when it’s processed.” No timeline. No accountability. No communication.
Their call center has zero connection to corporate. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing. It is hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with — and that’s saying something. Best Buy’s customer service looks world-class compared to this clown show.
One of their agents had the nerve to tell me it could take up to 12 weeks to process my points. That is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful — especially to a disabled veteran.
This company does not care about you. They only care about taking your money.
I will be escalating this to GREC and pushing for PSI to be removed as Georgia’s testing provider. A company this disorganized and incompetent should not be handling state licensing exams.
They are violating Georgia law by failing to award my points in a timely manner, and I will make sure the State of Georgia is fully aware of their behavior.
Tester beware: If you use PSI, expect delays, incompetence, and zero accountability.
Avoid them if you can.

I wasn't able to take the exam because it couldn't read my camera even though it was working and they wouldn't even issue a refund. I was on the phone for hours with customer support and IT the day this happened and they were all super helpful but I'm very upset that they weren't understanding of my situation so now I have to pay twice for the exam.

Here we go again with PSI! First two scheduled tests didn't work--it took multiple emails, phone calls and eventually a review on here to have the tests available for retest status (approx. 2.5 weeks for a resolution!). The retests were scheduled for yesterday and during the first test there were absolutely no issues or problems. Super easy as it should be. However, during the second test, about 15 minutes into it, the test was voided without notification, warning, or explaination. Of course, no one was able to help us despite using the help line and sending an email. We were told to call the next morning where we received the same response as every other time we have contacted PSI... "we will escalate this up" and "we will get back to you in 2-5 business days". Meanwhile, we have been delayed over a month for testing that is time sensitive for educational program deadlines. Super frustrated!
