Ordered a 6x3x3 viv for my Savannah monitor, came earlier than quoted, packed brilliantly with extra wood, no way that glass was smashing, courier was lovely and the price was outstanding, deffo buying again

If i could give no stars i would! I had the viv delivered and it turned out it was WAY to heavy to get up stairs into the room i needed it in, i asked if i could return it (it was unopened) and they refused, its now being stored in my living room and this was over Christmas! They are now ignoring my messages on facebook!!!!!!!!!

I’ve used ProVivs a number of times now.
They have been brilliant. Quality stuff which goes together very well and is exceptionally strong. I’ve had a couple of racks and not an 8 foot viv. Well impressed and I wouldn’t buy anywhere now. Prices are very competitive too. Good job PV and thank you 👍 Jayne Mortimore

I ordered a large viv along with a couple of other bits. My items said in transit but I was unable to see the delivery date myself and where I live on the Isle of Wight it can be hard to judge. I contacted Pro vivs about this and they were super helpful and responsive, making sure I knew when I should be receiving my items. Everything turned up together and well packaged. Very easy to assemble the viv too. Very happy with the product and service. I would recommend.

Ordered a 120cm x 45 x 45 pro viv made from there recycled plastic. Very happy with it. Looks fantastic. Took about 3 weeks to be made. 100% recommend. Will be ordering again in the future.

I was very happy when i recieved my viv. It arrived on the 4th week packaged very well and a nice delivery driver.

My one issue is the updates with emails. They would reply too me with updates but when i ask about purchasing something different they completly ignored me other than that i highly recommend buying from here. Oh also it doesnt come with instructiojs but thats no issue for me ive built loads of these before

I recently purchased a 5ftx2ftx3ft vivarium in beech for my bearded dragon.Overall I'm extremely happy with it and my beared dragon loves it.It arrived quickly and with no damage and was extremely easy to put together.My only small criticism is there are no handles incorporated into the glass doors,which means that it isn't easy to open them and there's finger prints all over the glass.I will definitely be ordering another one for my halmarhera blue tongue skink in the very near future.

After looking around the interweb for a custom viv for my Asian water monitor I discovered pro vivs, looked on there site and found a good size for my needs, selected colour and placed the order, now obviously during Covid times I understood there could well be delays or unforeseen problems, however these guys were on top of it, there was a small delay with glass but that’s not really provivs fault, A nice email later with the update and we was set, they emailed me as soon as the glass came in to sort delivery, 2 days later my viv had been personally delivered and they helped get it into the reptile room…..now I’ve ordered a lot of vivs and never had that kind of service before haha….we will certainly be coming back for our larger boas enclosures as and when they need them especially as off the shelf ones are just not up to the task!!

Had my viv delivered on Saturday and wow, I was so impressed at how well packaged it was. No damaged corners that you so often get. Viv went together easily, though there were no instructions. Good quality at a reasonable price. Well Happy

Only used these guys once but managed to send out the eight 35”x6” 22w heat mats I needed when nobody else could during pandemic, all out of stock everywhere but these guys delivered within the week of ordering, excellent. Will remember you guys when I need more, thanks!

I want to get the only negative out of the way first, which was the length of time it took for my vivarium to be ready. I ordered on the 12th April, and received it on the 21st May. I had to email for updates but I am aware that the delay was due to the company having issues getting glass, and moving to a new courier. I debated giving 4 stars for the long wait time but the viv itself made up for it.

It arrived well packaged, in three boxes (it was a 5x3x3) and I wasn't concerned about it getting damaged in transit. Spare pieces of wood were placed along the outside of the viv panels to protect them, and the glass was screwed tightly inside of two large pieces of wood.

Fully assembling it, including heat and UVB installation took me about 4 hours but that was likely partly due to me being overly cautious about it. Putting it together was super easy; same fitting throughout, and though there are no instructions, you don't really need them.

The viv is gorgeous, spacious and solid. The only two things I would personally change would be a higher glass track on the bottom to allow for deeper substrate, and easier wire installation through vents more akin to the vivexotic easy vent systems.
Very pleased with my other, and definitely would order again! My royal is loving all the space.

I need to say this. There was a delay in processing me 2item order, cabinet plus PVC enclosure. Finally got it and I have to say, I'm impressed! Both packed really carefully, the viv and cabinet 5ft looks AWESOME. THNAKS! I was worth the wait in the end.
4* needed to knock one down because delay should be communicated sooner.

Will buy again nevertheless.

I wish I had seen the reviews for this company before placing my order. I placed my order on 3rd March, it clearly states on their website orders take 2 - 4 weeks. Not a problem as I wasn't in too much of a hurry. Fast forward to 19th April and thought I'd drop them an email to see where my order was. 5 mins later received a reply saying it would be ready later in the week. Finally got a notification from the courier on Fri 30th April and they didn't deliver until the following Thursday. In total 9 weeks! The courier left my parcels on the doorstep in the rain and faked my signature on the delivery slip. The courier has also damaged one item which I am still awaiting a response on how to arrange an exchange. Provivs claim the delays are due to the covid pandemic, brexit and the courier. However bad reviews go back a number of years. Bad service from start to finish I'm afraid and would urge people to avoid.

This place is an absolute joke nothing pro about this company at all . The most misleading name I've ever seen .
After waiting 7 1/2 Weeks for my rack system I contacted them to find out where it was and they couldn't give me an answer as too when I might receive the item . On the website it says for 2 to 4 weeks maybe a little longer with the present situation . I thought I was being quite patient but in the 8th week I did get a little impatient and emailed for guy . To which they still couldn't give me an answer when I might receive the item . this is an absolute joke and I wish I never even clicked on their website in the first place .

And would be the only place I would use.
The vivs are made to order and excellent quality
I now have 15 of their vivs all arrived undamaged and with no issues
And when they said they would even with a pandemic going on

Ordered a 6x2x2 from Provivs. I was a little sceptical at first as I had heard the delivery time can be a little long. However, it was delivered very quickly - less than 2 weeks.

When I unpackaged it I was immediately impressed with the quality. I also like that they used offcuts of wood to protect it instead of needless single use foam #recycling.

Putting it together was extremely simple; just the same as IKEA furniture. As I'm stacking another vivarium on top of it I added a couple of pillars for extra support. I also put a shelf in.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the ordering process, quality of the vivarium, simplicity of the build, and my overall experience with Proviv. 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a new vivarium at a reasonable price.

This is the 2nd viv I’ve had from Pro vivs and I can testify to the quality and workmanship. Packaging is also 2nd to none. Couldn’t be happier with that product and the communication.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was slightly sceptical; however, after about 2 days of pondering, I decided to just go for it and I’m so happy I did. I decided to go with the Bearded Dragon Set-Up as I think my small friend was ready for an upgrade. The customer service was great, could not fault them, they were so good and the delivery came within the timescale they gave me. Will definitely recommend and will be ordering more in the future.

Products came on time, all in perfect condition my snake is happy with his new vivarium and hiding areas, customer service was spectacular as they got to me very quickly and helped me with a few questions I asked and it really helped me, I’ve had a look on the reviews on here and some of them seem over the top and really impatient and unappreciative especially during these times of covid- overall service was amazing and the products thank you very much provivs vivariums I’ll be back
