Once again I ordered from these guys I have order many animals from them and every time the animals are so well looked after and can really tell the care they put in. These are and always will be my go to for reptiles. Ordered a Bosc Monitor 2 years ago and she is doing great such a lovely animal. Just ordered another one this week and has arrived once again amazing quality animal. Such a cute wee thing. The rept co go above and beyond they're always quick to respond to any enquiry I have and always the most nicest people. Andrew has done amazing things for the fish world and reptile world. Can tell him and his team truely care for any animal in their care. There packing for reptiles is best I have ever seen and always in communication with you every step of the way. I have never had a problem with anything ever recieved from either the rept co or their sister company the trop co and even the carp co. As I say I would highly recommend I always send customers their way because they truely are the best in business they're not just out to make a quick buck. Thank you so much guys I will be placing another order at the end of this month and once again can't wait to do business with yous. Purchased a Het Clown Royal Python Female, she will be here in the morning. Great company, they reply back quickly to email, I asked a few questions and got the answers I needed, fully informed about the delivery service, polite and pleasant interaction with Aaron. Love the chase up email to make sure I had all the right stuff for her and asking for pics ect... this is a very good practice, pleasantly surprised with how easy and proffessional the purchase was. Would 100% be using again!

I cannot fault the delivery of my new milk snake. The box was big and had many references on it to warn that there was a live animal inside. The box contained a very secure wooden box that was encased in many layers of brown paper to prevent it from moving around. There were two heat mats above and under the wooden box. These were still warm when I unpacked them. Inside the wooden box was a plastic container that housed my new baby. That too was securely surrounded by straw-like packaging to prevent movement. My new little snake is beautiful and arrived very happy and healthy. Also the seller had included a helpful chart detailing the eating and shedding information about the snake. He had also printed off a very handy booklet about milk snake care. Sorry my review is lengthy but I want to show my appreciation of the delivery and care offered by this company. Would definitely buy from here in the future.

I can’t fault The Reptco at all. Their customer service has been incredible, quick to reply, friendly, and really knowledgeable. My tortoise arrived safely with perfect packaging, clearly prepared with care. The health and condition of him is truly amazing, and he’s such a beautiful tortoise. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. I’d 100% recommend Reptco.co.uk to anyone considering a tortoise.

Upon placing the order for a juvenile mack snow we called the store and received great customer service, prioritisation of live animal (rescheduled delivery due to weather).

Reptco also filled in our pre-dispatch form and per request the form was dispatched with our leopard gecko who has arrived today healthy, happy and alert placed in with zero handling into the cool side - his spacious forever home a 115x37.5x42 vivarium where he will have time to settle, explore before cricket+cal offering on Day 3.

We will most definitely be making more individual orders this year with Reptco and multi-groups of varied species the following years ahead as we expand the reptile side of our animals if this is the consistency and professionalism of Reptco.

I received my Blood Python today, and I couldn’t be happier. The Reptco has been professional from start to finish — exceptional communication, smooth process, and a genuinely great customer experience.

These guys communicated throughout the whole time from me ordering to delivery. When my skink was delivered, he was very well packaged with heat pads etc. He seems to be very lively and looks very healthy. I will definitely use these guys again when add to our reptile collection. Can't fault them one but, highly recommended.

Just got my baby leopard tortoise arrived today.
They are so adorable and very healthy and active.
So so well packaged for the courier who was also great and sent me a 2 hr time slot this morning to let me know a better time for delivery. Would definitely recommend and buy from again!

Wow amazing service....I will only be buying here from now on...checked that first of all I had the right enclosure and that I was ready for my marsupial frog...it was super easy to use there ordering service website....came in large medium and small box with frog in...extremely well packed...very quick officient delivery...the frog was really lively and settled in straight away.

We purchased a beautiful juvenile bearded dragon in May 2025. She arrived on the specified date, very well packaged and healthy. A month down the line, she is thriving and going through a shed. Excellent experience and a very happy customer. Will 100% recommend.

I recently ordered a juvenile Hermanns tortoise. From start to finish I was kept updated on progress, I was asked about the set up and a photo was requested before he was packed ready to leave. He/she arrived very well packaged and safe. A lovely healthy young tortoise who happily tucked in to some leafy greens and explored the enclosure before basking under the lamp for a while.

Amazing company. I live in the remote scottish highlands so was worried about courier costs however they offered me an amazing price. I've had a few animals from them now and they have all arrived safely and in great health with great packaging. Very thankful for reptco

I used to buy my reptiles from morph market until the reptco opened and I haven't looked back since, I've bought numerous things from them from dart frogs to ball pythons and the best one of my collection a green tree python which I've managed to tame out and is now very handleable.

There prices are very fair or cheaper than most places on the internet

Delivery prices are very cheap even for Saturday delivery compared to the likes of morph market and other reptile shops out there and you can also choose your delivery day where as others you have to wait for specialist drivers to bring it to when it fits there run, dx express who bring reptcos orders have always been spot of with there care of the boxes and I've never received a damaged box or even a hint of any slightest of damage.

Can't recommend the reptco enough so don't hesitate to place an order with them you won't be disappointed

I wrote a review about my experience with reptco I however should of contacted them directly but we all get frustrated with online purchases without writing an essay they have since gone above and beyond for me I was given 3 options that they gave me to resolve the issue and honestly they couldn’t of been more honest helpful and I’m now a costumer for life I dealt with a manager named Aaron if you have any issues don’t do what I did and take your grievances to socials contact them directly I’m really happy how I’ve been dealt with because they never had to contact me back to begin with….. genuinely thank you so much
