My MAGA Bear order was lost in the mail. Tiffany from your Customer Service Department was outstanding with whom to work. She replaced the missing order, and even agreed to ship it on a specifici date so that I would be home when it arrived. Tiffany was friendly, cooperative, and very professional. I am sure I will be ordering other items from Proud Patriots in the future.

Truthly I almost forgot that I ordered $100 worth of pens and when I remembered I contacted Proud Patriots and their response was awesome and might I add the order was placed 5 Months ago and expected to ship in May…which I knew. I also ordered the $10 tumblers which were more readily available and a very nice product.

I do not usually give out reviews but in this case I decided to do so, Because I am A Trumpiteer(sic) I was pleased to find various types of Trump Bobbleheads sold by Proud Patriots. As A result, I have made several purchases. There were times when the items came damaged, and I had to notify the Company of same.
Except for the one inconvenience of no telephone customer service, I found that my emails were returned with solutions to each and every purchase that was not as I expected it to be. Rin at Customer services was very helpful each time and I am growing to love this Florida based Business each time I buy. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to purchase two items but have one shipped to a friend as a gift. I wasn't able to do it on line. (Turns out it's not possible!) But Cheyenne sorted it out quickly and was absolutely delightful on the phone. This is my second order and I couldn't be happier.
