I ordered a 1909 VDB Lincoln cent. It took quite awhile to ship out. When I received my order, it was a 1909 Lincoln wheat penny- no VDB initials on it...I reached out to customer support the 1st time on Aug 7th, letting them know about the issue...it's now Aug 11th, no response from them whatsoever, in spite of me emailing them multiple times since then. I have requested a refund and they have not bothered to get in touch with me. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and the fact that they didn't send me the item I ordered.

I am a beginner coin collector, I started collecting pennies when I was 9 years old with the old blue tri-fold folders. 68 years later i'm still filling in the holes. My point, Littleton treats me like a pro even when i am not. I will continue having fun doing what I do as long as I can collecting coins that I think that are cool, even if not so valuable.

I love buying coins from Littleton. Only issue is the prices for quarters is a bit high in my opinion. But overall great company i will be using again.

I talked to a sales representative and told them I was not ready to buy anything right now. I was about to say, Maybe soon I can, but they just hung up on me. RUDE!

I received the coins as described in great condition, although the mail delivery was very slow (about 10 days from order to receipt). The instructions were clear and the coins were very nice.

I called customer service about an order I placed and she was very helpful in providing me with the info I wanted about my order.
