they apparently don’t stand by there products they told me they shipped usps and ups and amazon and none of them came to my door. i asked for a refund as they were gifts that didn’t make it in time and they refused. i would not buy here if you have issues they won’t help. terrible company you can’t even call them has to email. buyer beware

BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY !
I placed an order for a "commemorative" $1 Black eagle 250th anniversary bill. During the ordering process I entered a discount code. The website automatically kicked me back to the ordering page and I placed the order. Shortly thereafter I received an email saying I purchased one then shortly after that I received a second email adjusting my order to quantity of two which I did not order. After nearly 3 weeks of trying to contact the company by email and phone I received no response to adjust my order nor did I receive any product. I researched the company's address to find their business looks more like a apartment complex in Orlando and there is no registered business physically at that address. I even went so far as to contact an attorney's office on second floor of the same building who verified there is no operating business at the address registered for proud Patriots. Being somewhat of a computer researcher my assumption is that proud Patriots uses that address for nothing more than servers that disperse orders to other suppliers. I filed a criminal complaint with the Florida attorney general's office for online fraud and interstate fraud then notified the company by email and screenshot that I had done so. Later that day I received a shipping notification for the item but they still did not adjust the ordering error. I would be extremely cautious ordering anything from this company and highly recommend you Do Not do so.

I order 2 $2.00 Dollar bills 250th anniversary mid June, 2026 it is now end of July and still waiting. Last I heard was that a shipping label was created on July 13th, but never shipped the items. Still waiting.

I had ordered a few items and after receiving them found that they were very detailed and beautiful. They were perfect for this occasion since the USA is now 250 years old. I am grateful that I found their site and very happy that I received what I wanted. Thank you

The coins were beautiful and a delight to have. It is as described. 4 star because it took cust serv 7 days to respond to my concerns, plus I was unaware my order would be split in 2. My order was confirmed on 6/28 and I have not received the rest of my order.

I bought this 250th Years of American History in honor of the men and women who shaped this Great Country. I The book it self is a treasure and worth reading and having. Highly recommended.

For years the promise of going exactly dressed my wife and I to a July 4 that is very important for a patriot but this year we could not do it because we trusted this company and they sent us the T-shirts of different colors of different materials and a t-shirt made in the country of Honduras and the other in Nicaragua. And what bothers me the most is that I sent 3 emails and they didn't answer me they didn't have a little respect for a customer that's why I put a star but in reality they don't deserve any 👎🏻

So I reached out with my concern and they were quick to get back to me and I received the book just in time for my husband's birthday. I would reorder from this store

This company is not legit. Fraudulent. Taking advantage with their company name for our people who have served so that we can celebrate 250 years! Their return policy states they guarantee satisfaction...I received a 25% refund from my original purchase that hadn't even been shipped to me! This doesn't deserve a single star!

I purchased the 250 American History Book.
I was very disappointed when I received this product. The promotional video makes it appear majestic, impressive, and much larger than it actually is. In reality, the item is quite small, the colors are duller than in the advertisement, and it lacks the striking appearance that convinced me to purchase it in the first place.

For the price charged, I expected a product that matched the quality and visual impact portrayed in the video. Instead, what arrived was an ordinary item that felt significantly overpriced. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the product is non-returnable, leaving customers with no recourse if the item fails to meet expectations. Overall, this has been a very discouraging purchase, and I feel that the advertising created expectations that the actual product does not fulfill.

Had question about time to receive products and Time was acceptable!
The hard covered book is fantastic and perfect for a Patriotic parent to go over contents w his/her child!
