Excellent service, I had made a mistake in a shipping address, and they were on it within minutes and got it corrected

I made a couple of orders and was totally pleased and happy with the product!! One of my orders got returned and it was my own fault since I put the wrong city, state and zip. I got a very timely response and they were so kind and helpful and shipped it again without further expense to me. Could not ask for a better customer service experience and will certainly be a repeat customer! They are MAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AGAIN!!!!

I wish I would have read others' reviews before ordering from this scam company. They should not be allowed to use the name "PROUD PATRIOTS" they are anything but...
My credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. That was 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my order - probably never will.
I emailed several times only to receive an auto-reply and phoned, leaving a message to contact me which never happened.
After 3 weeks I received an email stating a "shipping label has been printed" but according to UPS tracking, nothing has been shipped. Just another stall tactic!

The worst possible customer service experience you can imagine. We ordered four Donald Trump tumblers with the bullet in each of them and a bumble head. We ordered these gifts and had them shipped directly to one of the companies we do business with. But our purchases never made it. Instead they sent mysterious things that we never ordered like socks. The shipment never arrived the purchase about $135 in total we’ve tried to call but they don’t take messages there’s not an ability to leave a message and when you send a complaint via email, it is responded to by an automated system. Will probably never see the $135 again or the product. I think this company is based out of China. I’m glad we only made the one purchase through them. We normally purchase gifts in December for corporate clients. We’ll just continue to order from Harriet and David and never referred these people again. I’m actually friends with President Trump and I’m going to contact him about what we’ve experienced here. Ask if he’d consider asking merchandise with his likeness be pulled from their shelves.
01/09/2024 I see the response but it took over a week and me calling for hours and finally tracked down the supplier. Made a call to the supplier and they told me how to resolve all of this. Thanks to BenShot and their customer service this issue is being handled.

I had a discount code that showed but then removed itself at checkout. I noticed my sale confirmation had the wrong total so I reached out. They never responded. I requested they cancel my order before it ever even sent - never answered.

Ordered a Talking Trumpinator Bear Shows it was delivered but i never received it. It was to be a gift for my grand daughter.

Wish I could give a negative score. I didn't sign up for their emails and I can't stop them. I report the emails as phishing and block the company, but it doesn't work. You can't unsubscribe. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and that hasn't stopped the emails though the company said they removed my email address from their database. I HATE Trump so these intrusions into my personal life causes me emotional distress. I also can't seem to get Microsoft Outlook to stop the emails. Aghhhhh!!!

I only gave 1 star because I had to click something in order to write my review. I have unsubscribed several times (despite never signing up in the first place), and I continue to receive emails offering me trump "collectibles" I do not want. I don't like trump - he's a racist and a bigot and so are his followers. The fact that I keep receiving these emails are now bordering on harassment and everyone who ordered from them expecting something different from how trump himself operates as a "business man" deserve exactly what you get!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM PLAIN AND SIMPLE. I ORDERED SOME COLLECTIBLES AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED IN 3 WEEKS. CUSTOMER PHONE JUST SAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE AND EMAIL JUST SAYS SOMEONE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Received 2 emails on 12/3/2024 from "Proud Patriots", the 1st was 250 points for "signing up" and the 2nd a Welcome Email.
I had never heard of this company, and would never sign up, or buy merch from one.

Don’t waist your time with this company. Ordered 2 hats 3 weeks ago and they just now shipped. The shipping is taking a week. So if you think you are going to get anything in a normal timeframe, you would be wrong.

This is the worst company in America. They provide no way to change or cancel an order, do not answer phones, or respond to messages. Must be an offshore scam or something. AVOID AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered something on Nov. 11, hoping to have it in time to bring as a gift on Thanksgiving. As of Nov. 26, my item still has not shipped. There is no way to get a live person to discuss my order. Considering that I paid full retail for this item that I could have purchased for less on Amazon, and have received already, I would have expected they would at least take a phone call. I left a voice message on their order line and they never called back. On November 27, they let me know they created a label. Still not shipped. Do not order from Proud Patriots if you want your purchase by the holidays.

This company must be a scam. They have nothing to do with true patriotism. Customer service is almost non existent and what little they do is a joke. They actually lied to me about my shipment. Do NOT deal with them!!!!!

I bought 2 hats that looked like they were made by blind child labor workers. Very thin material (Almost see-through). The bill of the hat is crooked. Not worth the money or the wait. I'm sure I can get a better quality from Temu. Very disappointed

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed to open this box and find that the Trump bobblehead I bought was made in china. CHINA!?!?! Your website name is literally called ProudPatriots so what the hell are you doing outsourcing your products to be made in china? Just in it to make money off of Trump supporters? You are DEFINITELY NOT Proud Patriots. You are in it for the $$$. You would rather pay pennies on the dollar to foreign workers than to Americans for a higher wage. Please post on your website that your bobbleheads and who knows what else are made in china and see what REAL Proud Patriots will pay for your products.

I have dealt with many companies in my life, some good some bad, but proud Patriots, oh my word! These guys are on top of their game! Anytime I've had any kind of problem whatsoever they have gotten back with me in a very timely manner and have done everything possible to resolve the issue 100%! I sincerely wish every company could be like proud Patriots! What more can I say? They are definitely an awesome company, I love their products and their customer care is phenomenal! That's why I give them a five-star rating!

I had two orders that declined by my credit card. I wanted to contact Proud patriots to find out why the decline charges occurred and if I needed to reorder the items I wanted. The only way I could talk to them was by email and not by customer service agent. They said they would take 2 to 3 days to respond to my inquiry like they could give a care less. The fact that they only have one way communication, even when you try to place and order with them on the phone, also tells me they are a low-end business to do business with. I would not do business with them in the future, And I hope people take note of this as well when you're thinking of doing business with Proud patriots.

Proud patriots fraudulently charged my credit card and so far have refused to refund the charges even though I have never had any contact with them whatsoever.

NEVER do business with this firm. I have read articles in the NY Times about how they keep charging month to month unless you cancel the credit card.
