After being let down by another online plant supplier I decided to use Pro Shrimp for my order as with COVID lockdown it wasn't possible to visit my normal aquatic outlet. After placing my order on Monday afternoon the plants arrived in great condition by courier (I did pay extra for this) first thing Wednesday morning. I would definitely recommend Pro Shrimp and will be using them again in the future.

I have used Pro Shrimp for a few years, and they are consistently reliable; I very often receive orders well inside of delivery estimates and would have no qualms in recommending them to others.

Recently put in 4 orders, they combined two of my orders together and refund the shipping for one order which I was really impressed with. All orders were received within in 1 or 2 working days of placing the order.

No plants have died or wilted yet!

Ordered a new tank which arrived with a small chip. Explained/emailed ProShrimp with photos and they immediately sent a replacement tank - arrived next morning!!

I have just concluded my first purchase with Pro-Shrimp and I am very happy to report that my first experience was a very positive one end to end. Not only did the package arrive when promised, it was secure and appropriate for the contents. I did suffer a couple of fatalities which is a risk when trusting a courier service over a protracted period, plus im sure the weather also played a part. That said however I followed the online process in reporting this back to Pro-Shrimp and the prompt and exceptional Customer Service I received was beyond reproach. I have no reservations recommending this company to avid aquarists. Thank you team.

Customer service is excellent. Ordered on Sunday order prepared & dispatched Monday, order delivered on Tuesday & 2nd part of order a large item arrived Wednesday. Tuesday evening on opening the parcel found one delicate item damaged. Contacted customer service via email showing pictures, Wednesday checked email for reply & Pro Shrimp customer support (Kim) had already replied & had already sent out a replacement. Replacement arrived Friday undamaged, nothing but praises for Pro Shrimp from start to finish. Pro Shrimp saved in favourites definitely a company I will be dealing with in future.

Ordered about 20 shrimp and a few snails about 1 year ago. Snails mostly died already, cannot understand why apart from maybe age. Shrimp however are great! Breeding and thriving in my tank, what a great species of nano shrimp, happy with my purchase and how they arrived.

They cancelled my order and refunded me straight away when I asked them to. When I replaced another order it came within 2 days (was estimated 2-5days) and everything is perfect ! Will definitely be ordering from them again

Right after previous comment they finally got in touch and sent me out a replacement straight away.

I wanted some faux floating flowers for a galvanised-bucket water feature in my small garden. The Pro Shrimp website had just what I wanted, at a good price. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I wanted quickly and easily. They arrived within 48 hours (even during the current crisis !). And they look great

I have ordered from proshrimp in the past and they have been amazing couldn't fault them and referred many friends to their shop. However on 22nd April I ordered £38 worth of plants and a test kit which hasn't arrived.I've tried almost daily since then to call them. The Royal mail tracking says delivered to me but it hasn't been. I've contacted Royal mail and they said proshrimp need to put a claim in online and they'll refund them. Proshrimp will not answer emails, calls, customer contact forms and have deleted messages off Facebook. Very disappointed as I've done all the work they just need to fill out an online form and won't.

I've ordered from Pro Shrimp a few times now and each order has been great, they've been delivered quickly, well packaged and they often have the best price for things. I definitely recommend them and will order from them again, thanks Pro Shrimp!

My first purchase of aquarium plants was great so I ordered a second batch a few months later. I was missing a plant from my order, I waited for a few days incase it was posted separately but nothing else arrived so I contacted them to inform them I was missing a plant. They just said my order was received so I challenged back that yes I did receive my order but one plant was missing. They did not seem to believe me and asked why I waited so long to tell them but I was just trying to give them a chance as I thought it might of been posted separately.. eventually they refunded the plant which was great and all i wanted ultimately but then I realised that they have now banned me from purchasing their products on eBay! I probably spent over £100 on 2 orders and they banned me over a £4.49 refund for something I did not receive! Very bad customer service bordering on childish!!

great store, i used to think they just specialised in shrimp but they have tons of live plants to choose from its an aquascapers dream shop, extremely good value especially with some of the rarer plants. they also have very low postage costs which is handy when only ordering single items

One of the best things about this company is their customer service. Have used them loads and spent a small fortune with them. Some of the items arrived with problems but from the minute I contacted them explaining this, I was met with very a professional and friendly service. Would use again over their competitors and for the fact that they put my mind at ease
