Aquascaping Express Bewertungen 

Been buying from this company for at least a year. Most of their plants are fairly priced, Which encourages me to return and offer more custom. Usually my parcels have arrived with 2 days and I've yet to have melted or dead aquatic plants arrive.

The only feedback I would give is that it would be nice if they sold water lilies or tiger lotus.

Always had great quality plants and service from these guys. Prompt delivery and received exactly what was expected.

Gave aquascape express a go despite a few bad reviews...

An they were great.
Cheapest option for tropica 1-2 grow (4.99 for some).
All plants arrived looking healthy, no old solid media like some other reviews.
Packaging was good, yodel were surprisingly good, I ordered late on the 28th, dispatched on the 29th and delivered on the 30th!

Would recommend and will absolutely use again.

First time ordering with this company and will certainly use again, plants were healthy and arrived super quickly. Looking forward to choosing more plants.

Absolutely appalling. My parcel of over £200 somehow went “missing” and neither the delivery service or Aquascaping Express are willing to take responsibility. I have been in contact with a man called Sebastian who is now ignoring all of my emails in a bid to get my money back.
Disgusting customer service. A company I will never use again.

I haven't had the best experience ordering plants online. I decided to order two plants from Aquascaping Express as a trial for my next tank.
Pros: Good website with a large selection and fast delivery, arrived by Yodel surprisingly with no problem, so I give 2 stars instead of 1.
Cons: Terrible quality. Both were in vitro Tropika plants. Both were old, the leaves were yellowing, and the gel had hardened. One of them could be removed and soaked, but the other had rock-hard substrate instead of gel, the roots were like in epoxy resin; it couldn't be soaked and separated. It went in the trash. I emailed them and attached a photo; maybe they'll refund my money. But never ever I buy anything from this company. I think they saw a new customer ordering a small quantity and thought they had a sucker so they pushed me old, trash-worthy products on.

Great customer service. My tank arrived broken and Sebastian sorted it out quickly and arranged for a new tank to be delivered with no problems.

MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY (WITHIN 48 HOURS).. THE LAVA ROCK WAS A GOOD SIZE & LOOKS GREAT IN MY AQUARIUM WITH SOME ANUBIAS ATTACHED.

They use yodel as a carrier. What more can I say, always have issues with this company and this times no exception. Ordered live plants from aquascaping express and got tracking info for yodel 🤦‍♂️.

Anyways it's now late, plants are probably trashed and all yodel keep updating their tracking info with is "parcel misrouted being redirected" no idea when it's being delivered or if they even know where it is.

Wont be using aquascaping express again. Not because of anything wrong with their business. But because they use such a incompetent carrier company.

Brilliant customer service, seriously top notch. I have been having an issue with Yodel and Aquascaping-Express have really stepped up and helped me out. They've even promised to resend my order if Yodel keep messing around.

Was told delivery would be today between 19.52 and 21.52 from Yodel. We had plans to go out but stayed in to receive the parcel. Watched on the Yodel app and driver was just around the corner from us. Then next refresh the driver was 2 miles away. We did not receive the parcel after waiting in!!! Won't be ordering from Aquascaping Express again.....

I have now had 3 orders from these Spent around £100 on tropical plants.
The orders have arrived within days and always very well packaged.
The pants have been healthy and always a good portion no matter what the plant.
I can confidently recommend these if you are looking to buy some plants.
