I had an excellent experience from start to finish.
I got an appointment within a few days, really easy booking process, convenient location and time.
The scan itself was made comfortable and everything explained really well.
The result was received in less than the time specified.
Zak’s communication was 10/10 throughout the whole process, via watsapp and in person. A very efficient service all round that gave me reassurance when I needed it.

I am extremely satisfied with the service given by this company. My grandson has a knee injury and was advised by a physio therapist to get an MRI scan. Pro scan were helpful in arranging a speedy appointment. It was also a plus that they would carry out an MRI scan on my grandson who is under 18 years old . Great service from start to finish. The process was professional with clear communication making everything stress free. The nurse who did the scan was lovely and made sure at all times i was comfortable and understood what was happening. Compared to other private scans I was able to get an appointment quickly and a lot cheaper. I received the scan report within the next day and Zak clearly explained everything in detail.
I would use this service again and recommend it to others.
