Very positive experience. Fast service, Zak a very polite member of staff, care exercised with the scan, easy parking for appointment. Reasons why not a 5 star - report issued to clinic (I have not seen or discussed it yet). A minor point perhaps but worth being aware, you are likely to sit in your car waiting to be called for your scan.

I was quite anxious at first, but Zak and the team made the experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free, giving me great peace of mind.

We arranged for my wife to have the MRI scan she needed with Pro Scan Imaging as I myself had done previously 18 months ago.
The process was again straightforward, having received a quote for the procedure and agreeing a date, time and clinic that suited us we went on to have a telephone consultation regarding my wife’s condition and reasons for wanting the scan by a doctor we were booked in.
We attended the clinic and were greeted by the technician who was going to carry out the procedure. He explained the procedure and made us feel at ease.
The scan was completed and we received the consultant’s report within 36 hours.
The whole process was very professional and simple.
The various people who dealt with us were very helpful and reassuring.
We would definitely us this company if we were to need similar services again.

I had an MRI scan at Pro Scan Imaging and the whole process was extremely efficient. I enquired on Monday and was scanned by Wednesday, which was impressive. The staff were professional and the appointment ran smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Pro Scan Imaging for their quick turnaround and efficient service.
