Prime has been providing Managing Agent services for 8 months to date, to a block of 63 flats where I am a leaseholder.

So far, all very good. They are professional, conscientious and responsive (a massive improvement from our terrible initial Managing Agents).

Special mentions to our Property Manager there, Sarah-Jane Stretton, and the Legal Manager there, Jessica Gibson, both of whom have been reliable, attentive and professional to the needs of all the residents and leasholders on our site.

Emily is very nice, I would give her a five star. However for the whole company, the lift in the building has been out of service for few months now and it’s still not fixed,that’s where the one star off. But comparing to previous management companies, at least they are contactable which is a positive.

I’d like to give a shout out to Molly Reape. Whilst I have never spoken to her, she has been assisting Brooke (our property manager). I know she has been diligently working and supporting Brooke with our tasks and issues, and this week has managed to get a few things across the line. Thank you Molly (and Brooke) - great team work! I’m writing on behalf of our property block at Ashton Court as one of the directors.

It has been a pleasure working with Maddie Ash, as she knows what is going on and having a professional manner when being with our group at Prime Property Management. I wish her luck as she gets further within this company

Jessica Gibson was absolutely fantastic. She responded incredibly quickly and made the whole process so much easier. Her knowledge was clear and her communication was efficient and friendly throughout. I couldn't have asked for better assistance — highly recommend Jessica to anyone with rental property enquiries!

I recently completed a lease extension on a property in a development managed by Prime. A minor part of the process involved paying the outstanding balance on my service charge account. This amount was not credited to my service charge account and following several calls to solicitors and credit control it was only after speaking to Aisha Rasool that the matter was resolved quickly.

Our new property manager, Maddie Ash, has been responsive and courteous, responding to all director queries quickly. She has liaised with several other departments at our request to help resolve problems and prepares clear, efficient communications for leaseholders.

Jorja McDonald was amazing to deal with! I needed approval to install netting on my balcony, and she responded promptly, gave me clear permission, and was so helpful and polite throughout. Great service and brilliant communication. Thank you so much, Jorja!

In the process of selling a property and quickly needed documents and permissions by the end of the day. Anna Nicolaou is someone I have communicated with over several years - and she is exceptionally warm, kind and always manages to get things done, even with an ever expanding workload! Her colleague Jessica Gibson was also very helpful and a good clear communicator - this meant I received the required documents before the deadline and couldn’t be more relieved. Had to report water leaking from the building on a Bank Holiday . Gilly dealt with it immediately by contacting the owner who had disconnected their shower and didn't realise it was leaking in their apartment .

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with Prime Property Management, and especially with one of their staff members Suela S.

I had been struggling for a long time with obtaining a parking permit for my rented property. I moved into the property in the middle of the parking permit issuing cycle, meaning permits had either already been issued before my move-in date or were not due to be issued again for several months. Because of this, I never received a permit despite being a legitimate resident of the building.

Unfortunately, the parking company continued issuing parking charges almost every week, while at the same time claiming they could not issue me a permit. This became a very stressful and frustrating situation. I spent a lot of time sending emails and making phone calls to the parking company without any success.

I initially contacted Prime Property Management for assistance, but the issue was not progressing. However, everything changed when I spoke with Suela. She listened carefully to my concerns, understood the stress and frustration I was experiencing, and genuinely took the matter seriously.

Within just one week, Suela managed to communicate directly with the parking company, resolve the issue completely, and successfully arrange for all of my parking charges to be cancelled.

I am incredibly grateful for her professionalism, empathy, communication, and efficiency. Her support made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. Thank you, Suela, for providing such outstanding customer service.

Our experience with Prime PM has been consistently satisfactory. The organization manages operations with a high degree of professionalism and structure. In particular, their representative, Sarah-Jane Stretton, deserves recognition. She is consistently reliable, handles administrative matters efficiently, and maintains clear, timely communication. We appreciate her dependable approach to managing our property.

I called Prime in 2021 to ultimately get rid of Eagerstates. Eventually we got the RTM and Prime took over October 2025. Of course service charges have gone back to realistic costs not a 400% increase from Eagerstates.
