I would not recommend you order anything from this company. I ordered and paid for items in Feb 2020 and it is now June. I have not received anything. I have communicated with them and they have not refunded my money or given me a satisfactory answer as to when the order will arrive. Now I try to login in to my account and I receive a message that says my log in is invalid. I had the username and password saved so I did not type anything in, no mistake on my part.

They are scammers. Never delivered the products. Stay away from them like fire..

How do you give 0 stars? 3 months later and they haven't shipped order. I have asked to refund multiple times and they just ignore it. They say it shipped and is somewhere in middle China waiting to be picked up. Total scam. I am disputing charge with bank.

Did not want to give them even 1 star but in order to type a review I had to. I ordered sofa cover 1/25. Have not received. E-mailed them about a month ago. Return e-mail was supposed to be a tracking up date. Up -date says :No Status. Can’t get anything else out of them . I am out $49.

Same as what everyone else is saying . Emails saying your package is shipped . They just put different names at end of reply. Over a month since order . Say it's shipped yet can't get a tracking number . I've asked for refund doubt I'll get it.

Since a negative number isn't allowed. This site is a SCAM. I ordered 2.5 months ago, and have been given nothing but lies and wrong information. They do not uphold their own "guarantees" either. I have written to them and been given very poor responses, lack of customer service, and my last correspondence to them has gone unanswered for 6 days. I'm reporting them to FaceBook and Instagram. SOOOO Disappointed.

This is not a real company. You cannot call them. They have phone number but only automated message. They are not a US company and they lie about a guarantee. They send automated emails saying sofa cover on the way. Never received. They won't respond to requests for refund. BEWARE. Have reported their site to Facebook and Instragram but we know those companies won't do anything to take fake pages off their sites.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the sofa covers and never received. When I emailed them they were quick to respond, however I believe it was just an automated email. First time they stated it would take 5-6 weeks, after it didn’t arrive I emailed them again this time they said it had just arrived at my local post office and should be receiving soon. I called my local post office and they had no record of it arriving, I emailed them several times since then and I have received no response. I have even requested a refund and no response. BAD, BAD, BAD, BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 2 couch covers that were supposed to be pet protective. The fabric is flimsy, and thin, like a cheap jersey. I followed the instruction video but these covers are impossible to use. I requested to return for a refund and was told they cannot help me. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your money here.
