The site is a scam, 5 months for an order which never arrives, just bs messages that it's in transit

I ordered on 12th January 2020, order#28854 for $ 316.94, it's been more than 10 months but I have not received it, for a product that should have been delivered in "4-5 weeks" as their site claims. Everytime I complain, I get standard "it's in process, will come" meaningless reply with no action or update from their side. Hence I conclude that Pretty Little Wish is actually a bunch of #PrettyLittleLiars crooks who are shameless. It's a scam, fraud. All positive reviews are paid implants just to fool more people. Beware!!

Exactly what I’ve been wanting for my couch covers for a while I’m very impressed how soft they feel it installed easily and the quality of the fabric is awesome I’m very happy with pretty little wish give them a break guys! I just ordered one for my daughter-in-law and my son for my mom this is the best place to find them. I ordered in August that arrived September 15th!

Only as its not possible to give 0. Product never arrived, all complains and refund requests ended up ignored or replied with this seamless mails how package will arrive in 2 weeks and I should contact my post office!!! For a package I never even got tracking number. Only way is to request refund from credit card

Great service! So happy with my covers and with the service I got from them. It's all worth the wait. My couch looks incredibly new again and I will definitely order again soon!

Like everyone else I have not received my order. I ordered covers in August. I keep getting the same reply when I write them "your order is in transit it will be coming soon have patience". My patience is over this is ridiculous. I wish I had never saw the ad and once I did I had read the reviews first before ordering.

It's a scam, they lie to you and say that it'll come, but it never will. A waste of over $200.

***ZERO STARS*** SCAM DO NOT ORDER. My mom ordered couch covers from this place... it’s been over 5 months and nothing has arrived. The customer service responded to us saying be patient, however obviously these will never arrive. After reading the Google reviews (we kick ourselves for not doing this before ordering) they have customers that have been waiting over a year. SCAM DO NOT ORDER. Disgrace of a company.

If I could give zero stars I would. These thieves stole $150 dollars from me. They keep saying be patient, they sound very sincere, they even apologize for the inconvenience. What they don’t do is ever deliver. Total Scam!

It has been almost a full year and still no product.. I have asked so many times to get my money back and every time same answer.. we see your order has shipped already it will be there in 2 weeks.. every time... Still have not got anything..

Same experience as everyone else. TOTAL SCAM. Do not order from them.

Edit 18/11/2020 I encourage anyone to read ALL of the reviews. Since they've claimed the business last week, there are a bunch new positive reviews... You can draw your own conclusions...

Edited 13/11/2020 to add, I did check the order number below (per the message from pretty little wish) by tracking on canada post website directly. Not following the link they posted. The tracking number shows a delivery to a different town. I don’t live in Roxboro....Still haven’t received my shipment.. nor a reply to my email asking for courier name and tracking info... nice try pretty little wish! Buyers beware of the 4 recent good reviews all posted within an hour... seems legit lol!

What a terrible lesson to learn! My experience was the same as most. Stay away.

This company is a bunch of worthless scam artists. Do not order anything from them.

If I could rate a zero I would ! It’s been well over 4 months and still haven’t received my package ! This is a total scam please don’t make the mistake of ordering from here !!! There is no customer service to talk to I can’t believe Facebook is even allowing them to promote on Facebook!!

SCAM!! Ordered 2 sofa covers in Jan 2020 for $175 and still haven't received them. I've emailed them MANY times to get the same cut and paste message telling me it is stuck at "shipping" and I should receive it soon. It's been 9 months! Total SCAM so frustrating...

As everyone else said, I placed an order and more than 2 weeks later, it has not shipped out (despite their processing time being supposedly 1 week). Reached out to their staff by email twice and no reply. Order #41635.

The fact that they don't reply to support requests or provide any transparency makes it all the more disappointing.

Eventually just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Don't waste your time.
