It sounded good untill I saw 3 times better than placebo. That's just funny. I didn't see anyone else catch that. Priceless.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! First off the product took over 1 month to reach me. 1 MONTH! At day 21, I got an email saying if I did not get the product within 7 days to let them know and I could request a refund or get another order shipped, “no questions asked”. After 7 days, NO PRODUCT so I requested a refund. Back and forth emails, every time with a different person, they never gave me my refund, said I could return it once I received it but would have to pay for shipping and basically gave me the run around every single time. PLEASE read reviews and do your research before ordering! Learn from my mistakes and save yourself the headache. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with this company of a joke. Do better Ritual Labs Happy Liver!

Great product and great customer care

Customer service was fast to reply to my concerns. I can't ask for more than that!

We got the product and just started using it but can’t comment on any results yet.

This company is a sham.
This company claims that it’s “European” grade, and that it’s either manufactured in Europe or the US, but it is clearly from someplace in Asia. When my package arrived (after about a month, even though it claimed it was would be 5-10 business days) it was very clear that a shipping label had been torn off that showed it was from some place in Asia and a new label was placed over it to make it look like it was coming from someplace in Texas.
When I reviewed the bottles, they are riddled with misspellings. Instead of “centuries” it said “certures”. Instead of “thistle” it spelled “tiraice”. Instead of “formula” it was “formusia”.
Furthermore, the bottle had NO manufacturing or identifying information on it like other labeling does. There was no: manufacturing lot number, company address, phone number, email, bar code, or expiration date info.
When I reached out to customer service I received a message back (after 2 days, not after “3 hours” like the website claims) from someone named “Covenant David”. Which, not to name shame, but this is clearly a translation error. The email also appeared to have many incorrect translation errors. Quote from “Covenant David”: “Happy Liver is designed to support your liver health with a blend of natural ingredients, including Happy Divide and Apple Diva”.
Obviously, “happy divide” and “apple diva” are not herbs or any ingredients listed on the label.
PLEASE! Do not waste your time with this sketchy BS!

Just got started but looking forward to seeing if I am feeling better on them.

I liked the great deal but I bought a 6 mos supply (buy 3 bottles get 3 free) yet was automatically enrolled in that order as an automatic MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!
I didn't need 6 more bottles in 30 days. I had to create an account, log in, and delete my subscription to prevent automatic shipments and CHARGES. It really turned me off the product because I saw this as unethical which now has me doubting the product's claims.

Just received my first shipment 2 days ago. Shipping took longer than expected.

There is no third party verification. So why would I put substances in my body that have unknown sources and purities. I will probably not return the product and just bite the 55 cnf but I won’t take the pills.at the time of purchase I was not thinking critically about verification.i appreciate the companies response but why not include actual info in it. Do you use a third party verification system or not.If not, we are in the same position as we started- the consumer trusting the management’s verbal responses with an obvious conflict of interest. Playing field in the supplement business would necessitate that all manufacturers use some form of 3rd party varification. Purity and consistency of the product should be verified by other professionals.

To be completely honest, I received your package probably in the last five days. I don’t remember exactly what day, but I haven’t opened the package because I am not sure how to take it or when is the best time to take it. Hopefully there are instructions inside the packet.
I have started to become more and more skeptical as I am trying a lot of things and none of them have made any difference so I am kind of hesitant to start this.
Yes, I do follow the instructions exactly as instructed. It takes me a long time to decide to spend the money on something but when I do, I do follow the instructions exactly but I never seem to see any benefit so I’m just kind of nervous to try
I do plan to start fasting this next week and also start taking your product. Unless the instructions suggest that I should do otherwise.

Excellent problem solving customer service.

It took about 2 weeks to get my order and I just started taking happy liver. We’ll see how my labs come back in August.

Easy to order. It did take awhile to arrive and I haven't had it long enough to rate the actual product.

When I saw charges from Ritual Labs on my bank statement, I had no clue who it was! I thought it was another company and a phone call to them cleared that up. Then a search of my email finally told me what the product was. I hadn't started it right away so it hasn't been very long at all. It is hard to tell what is helping because right about the same time I also started a thyroid support supplement. New energy is coming from somewhere! I'm happy about that because nothing else has in many years.

Really have not noticed any difference I just know it probably helps my live and trust the ingredients are genuine.

Delivery took quite awhile. In my first week of pills so waiting and hoping for best results.
