Order #5775, was ordered on 23rd Nov and the same day I got a tracking # to say it’s on fedex and it hasn’t left Jaipur since. After sending emails I got a WhatsApp message from Arjun saying one of the dress has stains and to choose another dress from ready to ship. I chose one then he came back to the difference of $42 and when I said I don’t want it and want a refund on one item he tells me it take 35-40 days to make that dress. I then asked for a complete refund and haven’t heard since. Big scam and frauds international customers please stay away.

If I can give no stars I would.
The dress I received smelled terrible like a fish market, I am allergic too so it instantly made me itchy as ever. The color does not match what is shown online. The advertisement of full refund within 3 days of delivery if unsatisfied is false. I tried and I got no real customer service support.
Save your money. Don’t shop with them!! I had to report to my credit card because I fell for their scams.

they are cheater. once u pay and place money they will not deliver your product., even after constant follow up they will jst say that it is in process.. i am waiting for 4 months now.. i was writing complain on insta. they hve blocked me from there.. dont buy .. u money will be wasted ...

Very bad experience with Pratapsons. They sent wrong products with no return or exchange. No customer grievances are being handled by them. Never buy online products from them.

They do not deliver as they promise. Its Diwali time and my dress did not arrive till now. I called the customer care and then ordered so that it could reach me on time but in vain. Please do not buy from them!

I ordered a Salwar Kameez set that stated it would take 15-20 days. After 30 days with no shipping email I contacted the company. They stated that they had had a problem with obtaining the fabric and to please be patient. I had ordered it to wear to a wedding and had to make other plans for my outfit.
I then tried to get an exchange (I couldn’t get a refund for my plus size order). I have sent multiple emails and had several conversation with their “support” team via WhatsApp with no resolution. It has been 2 1/2 months and I still have not received any product.
This whole ordeal had been more frustrating because I think several people have access to their WhatsApp number. I have had conversations with at least 3 different people with various degrees of English proficiency. None of these were aware of my previous conversations with customer service even though I include screenshots of them.

If a company has a website with everything written in English, I feel strongly that their customer service should be fluent enough to handle their customer service in a professional manner.

I will never order from this company again and I caution anyone to not risk it.

I ordered 3 outfits from them. And it was so cheap material and damaged also. It looks like I buy from some streets. I was so unsatisfying and annoyed. Thay even don’t reply properly. No time to solve customers quaries. I request everyone that don’t buy from this website if you want to save your hard earned money

The outfits I ordered were received as expected. Great quality and superb fabric. The fit was perfect. This is my second order and I’m sure I will get more in future. Their service is par excellent too. They have been constantly in touch to update and check on my order.

Ordered for the first time and loved the clothes and the customer service! They were extremely responsive and very helpful. The clothes too are too quality and very stylish! Will surely order again!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased 3 items and returned 2 items due to sizing issue, and for 2 months I have been dealing with the team to send me back the 2 items that I have already paid for. Dealing with this for last 2 months and they dont respond or pick calls and if they respond they send one line reply with no regard to what I have answered

Terrible customer service, delay in receiving goods and no response on whatsapp. After my experience I found lots of negative reviews on the internet so I would suggest staying clear of this seller

The dresses are very pretty and unique designs. The team highly values you their customers.

This was my first time ordering from them but had a good experience overall. The clothes are exactly as you see in the pic. Anything I was unsure about I was able to message on WhatsApp and get quick helpful replies. Will be shopping here again in the future.

I just bought a sharara set from pratapsons, It was shipped to me in San Diego in just 5 DAYS!! the quality and finish is very nice and specially Mannat in customer service is very responsive ! can't wait to shop again!
