Products are all very good quality for the right price. Efficient and timely delivery as well. Sizing is a bit inconsistent but the customer support team were very helpful and helped me get a store credit for the outfits which didn’t fit me. They were very responsive. Special thanks to Harshul, Arjun and Kamal. Keep up the great work!

I really appreciated the flexibility they provided—I was able to make changes to my order even after placing it online. Their offline customer service is also excellent and very supportive.

The quality of the dress material is outstanding, with vibrant colors and fine craftsmanship. I absolutely love their product quality and the level of customer care they provide.

Customer service is very good and they help in their best way to correct sizes , delivery and responses. I have given 3 stars as I am yet to receive my second order. The first order collection could improve in quality and karigari on the dresses to the prices charged for the dresses.

I’d say XXL is a 14.

Hi I will like to warn you for not purchasing anything from Pratap sons Online Jaipur . It’s a completely fraud method of selling the products . Once you place the order you will not be delivered the product as they do not have products and sizes available with them . Also then they will not be given a refund also they will just issue a credit note but again this will be very difficult to use the credit note because their prices fluctuate everyday and again whatever you order they will most probably not have in stock . Their team also not respond on these things .If by anyone chance they pick ur call they will simply ask you to wait till the time they get the same in stock . They will never approach you . You only have to pursue them all the time .In summary it’s not a fair portal they are merely keeping money with them and rotating your money only in their business and that too completely Interest free

Loved the clothes that I ordered! And also loved their collections!! Shipping was fast. Gave them 4 stars because one of the items was shipped late which was sorted out by whatsapp chat. Customer service needs improvement! I'm happy with the ordered clothes. Definitely would recommend this website to my friends.

My complaint about not receiving the third dress from the Buy-2-get-one-free offer was addressed swiftly and I received the missing outfit (which is gorgeous) within 48 hours. I am back on the website selecting more outfits and highly recommend Pratap Sons Global.
