Ordered light champagne kaftan sharara and the lining for the sharara is too short and you can see your legs. I was told by their customer service that this is the style to have a shorter lining. Total waste of money and they don’t even offer a refund. Be careful when purchasing from them

The clothes are good.....but most fabulous thing about them is their customer service team solving all the problem, being polite to customers and patiently understanding issues and working on it♥️

They are totally fradulent.All designs are copied from numerous designers like Lable S4U, Meena Bazar, Riyaasat etc. Don't waste your money..I am looking forward to complain about plagiarism..Please help me in bringing out their true colors

I bought two dresses from the company amounting to 10k. They arrived late and I was out of town and where I live, Kolkata, was under water. I wrote to them that both dresses were small. I had ordered size 44. One was 40 & the other was 42. They kept asking me to send photos of the measurements which I did but they weren't satisfied. It was puja in Kolkata but still I sent pictures taken by my tailor who has measured both garments and I proved they were small. The company stated that the measurements were wrong and incorrectly taken. They do everything to avoid exchanging or refunding your money. They are a company who are in breach of consumer law. So be aware..there are a lot of bad reviews and experiences from customers who used this company and got cheated. I am now contemplating legal action. Think twice this company should be banned from selling anything and I strongly believe that their bad karma will catch up with them soon enough

Kamal helped me so so so much! I had a very last minute order requirement because my mom was coming to the US and Kamal helped me through it all. He broke down the process and expedited everything. Till the very end. The designs are amazing and the customer service is so good. Really appreciate all the help.

No returns, no refunds, even when I pointed that the item was not Silk as promised. Horrible customer service, stay away.

Though there was delayed delivery of the product, but as soon as I raised the concern to the support team, Harshul took it up and immediately made arrangements to deliver the product. Also , the piece was as per the description in the website photo.

Customer service was amazing. I needed the outfits to be delivered as early as possible for a wedding. Suman responded immediately and sent me the shipping code in under 24 hrs!!

Never buy from this company. I asked for advice on sizing according to UK sizing. I followed their advice and brought a dress. I was too small and instead of trying to help they told me I was wrong and would not allow me to return the dress.

Really poor customer service. The woman kept insisting she was right during the text conversation.

Really disappointed and disgusted at the lack of understanding and ability to resolve a genuine issue.

Extremely Disappointed with Pratapsons

I recently received a dress from Pratapsons that looked used and started bleeding color just by light touch! This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to offer premium quality.

When I reached out to customer support, they brushed it off saying the item was discounted and non-returnable — as if a discount justifies poor quality. No accountability, no real solution.

They offered to reimburse for dry cleaning and give a 5% discount on the next order, which honestly doesn’t even begin to cover the damage or disappointment. What a joke!
This is not how you treat customers.

Would never recommend them — extremely poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. Please think twice before shopping here.

Great customer service. Reached out regarding an issue and got a quick reply with a solution. Customer Service specialist named Kamal was super nice and accommodating. I have ordered outfits from Pratap Sons in past too, and it’s been a good experience.
