Highly unprofessional! Before placing the order, I decided to contact them to understand their refund and exchange policy in case there is an issue with the product. They told me that they do have 3 days refund/ exchange policy. One of the products was smaller in size so I contacted them again for exchange. At that point they arranged for pick up. Later nobody came to pick up for 3 days and I decided to contact them. They started to blame me that I cancelled the pick up !! Nobody ever came to pick it up. And then they decided to put it again on me that why did I not contact them in 24 hours? I was never told the pick up would ve done within 24 hours!
They kept on blaming me again and again. The only thing they know is to blame the customer if they can’t handle the situation.
Highly unreliable experience and ridiculous company. Do not buy from them!!!!

Loved the fit, design and the fabric. The quality is great. I received tons of compliments on my outfits. Thank you !

Customers plz be aware-this is a fraud store. They take ur money and never deliver on time. Promise refund and then say customer service didn’t approve. So now after two months after the order we will attempt to deliver. NEVER ORDER if you are looking to get something on time. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT ON TIME.

Pathetic experience. All they do is share wrong information on websites . I am chasing them for a month now. There has been wrong confirmation made by their customer care people. I have through mails for the refund i requested but not yet received my money back. Looks like they want to fraud and not respond to any mails or chats. Such a reputed name loosing all the charm. These people are disappointment.

Recently I purchased few outfits online from them, unfortunately one of the outfit had a defect. I reached out to the customer service team and was able to easily communicate about the issue. They was very co-operative and helpful in getting the item replaced. My experience with the company has been good. The outfits are of fairly good standard.

Horrible customer service. They send incorrect size then deny taking it back from replacement as well!

The online customer service is pathetic and product fit is the biggest challenge.

If there was a 0 star, I would like to give that rating to them. I have ordered the top and a skirt set. The size is the major issue. When I call them to return it, they say I can't return it as it was under highest discounted products.
Please do not get into the trap of the designs and highest discount with Pratap Sons. Customer care is like parrot and they speak only one thing of not accepting the return.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY

The WORST brand I have come across. The products are low quality or they don’t have them. They just hold your money for months and then make excuses like the product was torn/out of stock. How about updating the website then? You didn’t think it was a problem while letting the transactions happen? The worst return and refund policies are in place and the consumer has to suffer for faults that they make. Pratap Sons won’t even care to tell you that they cancelled an order, if you contact them, they will just give you store credit to order something new and then after a week or 10 days, they suddenly realize they don’t have that product as well. What a disappointment. Brands like these should be taken down.

Recently I ordered few articles . Besides their quality, products, service which always remains excellent their outstanding feature is customer service and customer satisfaction . Being such a big company they will still be there always to resolve any kind of even small issue .
I will always be there loyal customer.

If I could leave a zero I would. This company will take your money, not send you your order and keep your money. I am still waiting for a refund on the item that I purchased and never received! They lie on their website about the time frame in which you will receive your order and then tell you you will get a refund - which I still have not received.
