Scam Took my money and sent a falsified document
I paid £78 to Pluxy in November 2024 and never received what I ordered. Instead, they sent me a falsified document and stopped responding to my messages. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times but never got one. This company is dishonest and should not be trusted. Please be careful do not shop here.

The awesome customer service, the quality of the skincare products and the Pluxy epilators. Additionally, the quick shipments of the products. I love the products, good quality and very useful, especially the Essentials. They're easy to use and I love the facial massager. There are multiple heads and it's a great bargain. The heads complement the Pluxy experience. The Essential tools is like a spa treatment. They have many benefits for your skin regimen.

The shaver is very pretty. At first, I had a tricky time trying to use it and thought about returning it. But, their awesome customer service stepped in and provided clear instructions and an offer to return for a refund-- if I wanted. I was so impressed, I decided to keep it and everything is fine.
