My Pluxy epilator died- when I contacted the company- they were so genuinely helpful! My replacement Pluxy arrived today- I could not be happier! My legs feel fabulous- I’m very grateful! I tell everyone about it!

Great Customer service
I made a purchase of Pluxy and it was charged and only ran 5 minutes and quit. I got in touch with Pluxy and told them about the problem and I am happy to say they sent me a new one immediately. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Beware this is a scam!! I bought one 2 months ago and gotten nothing. I have sent emails and did an earlier review on this site. Their response was that someone had emailed me to help. This was a lie. I have heard nothing from this company. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Still having issues with Pluxy
Still having issues with Pluxy. They have offered a mere 30% refund and retain the product or send back abroad at a cost I don’t know. I’ve asked they waive the shipping cost as compensation for the very poor customer aftercare. Been three/four weeks no response. I’ve emailed again…..

Impressive
My Pluxy stopped working after a couple of uses. I contacted Pluxy about it and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they sent me a replacement.
All i had to do was send a short video showing of it not working.
I am very impressed with the quality and speed of customer service.

I truly wouldn’t even give this a “1”! However, I had to in order to proceed with the review. This is THE WORST product along with all the LACK OF RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been attempting to return the bundle that I purchased since June 11, and it’s now July 24. Crickets! I’ve contacted them multiple times, but have received no response to my request for a return. I’m not one to complain or to give a poor review, but I would NEVER purchase this product if I had it to do over again. Highly disappointed!

Wow this product is well worth the money.
Wow, this product did everything I expected and more. It took a little bit to get used to the feeling, but once I used it for the second time I was ready! Saves so much time trying to find all the extra chin hairs. Love this product.
