I am so impressed with how courteous the customer service is and how fast they can fix a problem.
Granted to them it was very small but to me huge. My pluxy didn't have a charging cord. In less than a day if I had paid attention they would have had it in the mail

It tried to chew my face off like a saw blade. Part of skin got caught in the blade. I am glad I tested it on me before I use it on my 98 year old mom.
I am 70 years old. It may not be a match for mature older skin.

Thank you all for your reviews. I was concerned that it would be unsafe for thin mature aged skin as I am nearly 70 and skin becomes thin and sensitive. Bruises easily. A lot of reviews were directed to harsh on the skin and they could be from younger peoples skin. If this is so your ad should advise against using on mature skin, so as not to be 'leading people on' and getting their hopes up of ridding chin hair(stubble) for good. I use to worry a out who would get rid of my facial hair if I ever had to go in a nursing home. And when I saw pluxy I thought 'woo hoo). Sorry that's one star from me. The star is for the thought that went into making this product and having a go. Thanks again 'reviewer's.

The first time that I used my pluxy, I caught my skin in it and it looked like I had a brush burn on my chin. So I waited a few weeks and tried again, this time making sure my face was wet - the pluxy just glided over the skin, painlessly pulling little hairs all the way. I love it!

I will be returning the pluxy it grabbed a hold of my skin like a suction cup and would not let go. I had to pull it off now I have tire tracks under my chin. I will be returning the 2 I purchased. Sorry Pluxy I thought finally no more plucking. 😩😩
