Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. I had been looking at the product for many months. I use an Epilady on my legs and underarms for years and love how it really reduced the amount of hair that grows back. I also used it on my face but the precision is not real good. So I was delighted to see one for my face and I ordered it finally and I just love 💕 it.

I received it. I did everything. The instruction told me to do this product does not work very disappointed was looking for something that really truly work and this is not it would not recommend.

Pinches on loose skin around neck
This works well on even skin, but when you get around the neck area where the skin is thin, the pluxi catches and pinches your skin, which is quite uncomfortable. I gave mine away
