I was unsure, not only about if the product would work, but if it was well made and would arrive. I have had bad experiences with ordering on Facebook, but this was great. The product works. It takes some time to figure out, I had some challenges, but it is well worth in and works well.

I like the pluxy pro 3.0 for body hair removal, except it quit working and I can't seem to get any help from their customer service. The phone number that shows up is incorrect. I would give the product 3 stars and the customer service 1 star. I may have to find a different company to purchase from.

I ordered my first Pluxy and could not wait to use it! Unfortunately, I guess I received a faulty one, it came apart when I went to plug the base in. I was upset to say the least!
