Crap product. They won’t refund once you have used the product so as soon as your use it, that voids the 30 day money back! Total rip off

I purchased a plucky hair remover from Plucky on the 16th May. The first time I used it I could still feel hair, trying it again and becoming more frustrated that this isn't working as described in the advertising, like for example, this is on their website saying what this should be doing in 3 mins!!! Don't buy. The product doesn't work. It is very expensive for a product that isn't effective and shouldn't be trading.

I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. I give this company a one, simply for the delivery arriving. They do not honour return of product or funds.
Although the apparatus ran when turned on, it did not pluck at all. 100% useless.
I asked for a return of my funds and return procedure and was asked for photos and videos but they would not provide return details or refund my money. I contacted them several times but to no avail. They no longer reply to my emails.

Would give zero stars if possible, does not remove any type of hair. Just a total scam. Impulse purchase dam, wish I read reviews first 🙄

Do NOT buy this, when I received the product i decided I could not use it due to having sensitive skin. I emailed plucky and they asked me for videos and pictures which I sent through. They then said they couldn't refund as it had been used even though I stated twice it had NOT been used. They also said it cannot be refunded as it was on sale, this is a ploy as it appears it is always on sale therefore no one will ever get a refund.

Super disappointed I've never had a company refuse to refund an unused
product.

My advice is do NOT buy this product, this is my first negative review I've ever placed.

This product does not work whatsoever. Do not buy. I only bought because they offered a full refund for any reason but they are refusing to refund as I bought it on special. Again all the product does is give you a sore skin , does not remove any hair at all

They have now blocked me on Instagram.

Despite the dodgy instructions and the scar on my face they will not refund because it’s been used and I bought it “on sale”. It is always on sale - you will never get a refund.

The product does not work - the instructions are incomplete - they literally stop mid sentence. It burned my face and left a scab. I have sent photos of my face and the crappy instruction booklet / no response. Despite a 24/7 client service offering I have had no response to my emails. They delete all negative comments on their instagram account. Mine have gone. While there are lots of 5 star reviews on their website, there is not one comment on any of their posts. They wipe everything. I will be forwarding a complaint to the NZCC but I question if they are even in NZ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

The product does not work but because my wife tried it, they would not honour their claim of a 30 day money back guarantee.
Have sent numerous emails, which they are not responding to nor have they replied to my request for a supervisor to call me.
They claim "Our customers happiness is our priority". That is a joke and the product is absolutely useless. DON'T BUY

Wish I had found this site before buying! DO NOT BUY, it does not work, as previously said just a spinning wheel that does not work - tweezers much more effective! They also do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee as "the item has been used". Can't find the NZ company linked to the site. I will be seeking a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act...

This product doesn't work. I have requested a refund. The product is so bad that I am wondering if it is a scam, I guess I'll find out if they don't reply to my request for a redund.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Firstly, it doesn't work. Secondly, they will not honour their 30-day Money Back Guarantee. I will be making a report to the ACCC. Updating to add that I raised a claim with PayPal and sent the item back. Waiting for the refund to be processed.

Scam. Product doesn’t do what it claims to, which is removing hair. It’s just an expensive spinning stick..
