Same story as all the others on here. Crap product that didn't remove a single hair and they wouldn't refund because I had used it.

I lodged a dispute with my bank and got a refund the very next day. Do this ladies!

Everyone should report this site to Netsafe.org.nz, as a scam site.

It's complete junk do not buy it, doesn't remove one single hair. When I emailed the company to advise that it didn't work as advertised they said that I was not eligible for a refund as I had used the product and it looked to be in good working order. Cheap crap DO NOT BUY.

Rubbish product, the advert is very deceiving, it doesn’t remove facial hair, instead it cut my chin, I complained to the company & they asked me to send a video, which I did, showing how I used it, then they refused to refund as I had used it, so it was not in new condition! How else was I meant to do a video as requested! Absolutely crap service!

No stars ,absolute rubbish grabbed my skin and cut my face badly ,can we take this further to get a refund as consumer institute says it must do what it’s advertised to do or we are entitled to a refund.

Just a rubbish AliExpress product repackaged and pretending to be NZ owned. The product cut my face the first time I used it (due to what I expect is a manufacturing fault).. no apology or concern from the “plucky team” at all. They said since I’d used it I couldn’t return it or get a refund I said that wasn’t acceptable and they stopped replying to my emails. Total scam product.

Absolute waste of money. Money back guarantee means nothing. How do you know if you are satisfied if you don’t use it? Total rubbish product and absolute rip off. Avoid!!!

Do NOT buy this device from this company! $69 for the same device you can buy on Temu for $25 and it is shipped from China, not NZ. AND, it does not pluck any hair from anywhere. Plucky does not pluck. They refused to refund me as "obviously the device has been used". Which of course it has, because how else would I discover that it does not do what they said it does so is not fit for purpose.
You will also notice that there is nowhere for you to leave a review as they are a total scam!

Total scam. I asked for change of mind return and even with item still in box they denied having said that product is used. Total scam and waste of money. Dont buy.

They promote themselves as a NZ business which is intentionally misleading because their products ship from China. Would not have ordered had I known this because the delivery time was too long. Parcel got delivered to the wrong address. I still haven't received the product. Customer services are now ignoring me after I requested multiple times for a refund.

This product is like all others have said a Total scam. Product does not work. False advertising . Mine did not even turn on after charging unless still connect to USB. Instagram/Facebook shoukd be blocking these scam products.

Terrible. No need to charge when first got, but it doesn't even grip hair like tweezers does. Really a promo thing unfortunately.

This product is useless. Charged it, did everything right according to instructions. No hair removed AT ALL. No good, do not buy. It looks like a good product but it does not go the job. A spinning bit of wire?

This company lies on their website 60 days money back guarantee it’s all bull shit Plucky doesn’t work it’s not removing your hair from your face when I used it they blade was so sharp that it cut my skin I asked them my refund back got a email from Steph saying that I used the item so they not going to give my refund back don’t waste your money like I did I wish I read their reviews before I bought it on their website doesn’t say if you use the item or not . How people will found out it plucky is working or not of course people got to use it to find out is bullshit item easy money for the company to make from their customers Don’t Trust This Company

This product doesn't work. The guarantee is false. They say they will only give you a refund if the product is unused. How do you know if it works if you haven't tried it? Do not buy. You will not get a refund no matter what. Scammers.
I have contacted the Commerce Commission.

0 stars. The product doesn’t work and the customer service is appalling. I was asked to send a video of the product and did so. I wanted a refund, but was then told they couldn’t oblige because I had used it. LOL. Yes, I used it. That’s how I discovered it doesn’t work. They stopped responding to my email requests for a refund. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I read these reviews before buying 😕 this product screamed scam when I got package 📦 😒 😕 😪 it's really bad - I trusted this was a NZ Product but there is no way of checking when I don't know where or who to call... very bad product. DO NOT BUY your better off using a tweezer... I will be getting a refund.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The product is straight trash - ordered from ebay & sent direct to the customer at an inflated price.
They claim they will refund, they claim they are available 24/7 & you will receive a reply to your enquiry within 1-3 hours.
There is no physical address or contact phone number. They are not a New Zealand company as they state.
They will not refund for a faulty product that is not fit for purpose. They will tell you your product works just fine.
Any complaints to their social media sites are removed - you'll see there maybe 130 comments but only the 'most relevant' will show.... which are all just from people who are excited they've ordered & are tagging their friends.
Please save yourself the hassle and don't fall into this money gathering trap.

This product is absolute crap. It doesn't work!!! We should all be refunded as this does not do anything so therefore is false advertising. Aren't there laws against this? How can plucky get away with selling a product that doesn't work? We all have been had, big time. Wish I'd researched further before buying. Don't buy this.
