It doesn't work, it removes the tip of maybe 1 in every 10 hairs, its noisy, painful (more painful than waxing) and it runs hot very quickly. I contacted them within 30 days and was told I need to provide proof that it doesnt work eg a video

Absolute crap not only take six weeks to arrive which was ridiculous because it came direct from China but it doesn't work. I thought it might of been the shape of my face so I tried it on a leg still nothing. It's just a waste of money.

Their stated ‘60 day money back guarantee’ is worthless as they do not refund.
Product does not work - left my upper lip and chin with as much hair as before I used it.
Also scraped my skin off and left scratches on my face.
Poor customer service - just ripping people off.

This company is a total scam!!! Do not buy this product, it doesn’t remove the hair and it instead grazes your skin. I’ve also had the same experience as everyone else – tried to get a refund, sent images and photos using the product, then was told since I had opened the packaging I couldn’t get a refund. Now I’m being ghosted. Definitely don’t buy.

Total scam . The product doesn’t work and the return policy is that it has to be unused in the original box. How would you know? I only tried to return it after I tried to use it. Please do not buy this product. They are scamming the public with an inferior product that will end up in landfill. Shame on them.

DO NOT BUY!!! Not worth the wait nor the price. It is so rough and left marks on my skin. It quite painful to use. Doesn't do what it says from adds. Wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. Also was sent to wrong address but luckily I add my mobile number so house who received it contacted me so they could pop it in my mailbox for me.

Terrible product, do not buy! Doesn't work at all and actually damaged my skin. I sent back photos and videos and they said it doesn't meet criteria for a refund. You can't get your money back. Hope this place gets closed down.

Scam. Does not work and is dangerous. Report to scam watch lets try and shut them down before anyone else gets hurt.

I have made several attempts to return my unused device and have been ignored. Return Policy states customers can return within 60 days if unused and with original packing, which is the case. I would not use the plucky device on my skin as it looks harmful & too harsh for sensitive facial mature skin. several email requests over the past month have been ignored even though I provided photos of unused device.

This does not work do not buy! Didn’t remove a single chin hair … that’s after an hour or of trying! It is a total scam. Have never written a review before but needed to as this is not a product anyone should invest in. Not going to bother trying to get my money back as now I have read other reviews I see they don’t refund after use, which is ridiculous if it doesn’t work!

Had the same experience today as all others have stated on here - absolute RUBBISH PRODUCT! Asked for a refund as the thing DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, they asked me for a video of it, then when I sent as requested they denied a refund because it had been “used” - this is an absolute scam - I am disputing the charge now with my credit card company.

Rubbish product, does not work as advertised, when asking for my money back was asked to send a photo and a video, when questioning if they were assuming this was user error was advised it was for the refund process.
I sent what was requested and the response was because I had used it they were unable to action a refund. Steph must be their only customer service personel. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Waste of money, rubbish product , does not honour money back guarantee😡

I really wish I read these reviews before purchasing!! Didn’t even work on my face or remove any hair. They wouldn’t refund it because I had already used it and stated the plucky isn’t faulty based on the photos and video I sent them as they requested but how can it not be faulty if it’s not doing what I paid for it to do! They haven’t even responded to my email again stating this. Appalled at this company because I thought it was trustworthy. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I wish I’d googled before buying like I normally do. The product does not work AT ALL. I’ve emailed twice requesting a refund but the email comes back to me as failed. Have I been blocked? Does the email even work? Or have they closed it as they were getting so many complaints? Worst company ever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Brought product didn't work, asked for refund as there's a 60 day money back guarantee. They then informed me refund wasn't possible as I had "used" product. How could I test it without using it? (Only used once and it didn't pull any hairs out at all)
They didn't seem to care and still refused refund.
Company is a scam don't buy from them.

Complete scam. Product is cheap and nasty. Company does not honour its refund policy. I took out of packet to send them a video that they requested and was told because it was used they wouldn’t return. Disgusting product and service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I received this in good time and safely packed for delivery. However, I was fairly sure it was a cheap overseas product repackaged.
I tried it twice ( on chin hair) and both times the experience was extremely painful.
Obviously the company refused me a refund as the 'product appeared to have been used'. Clearly this is not good enough. I wish I'd thought to read other reviews first!

I purchased a Plucky facial hair remover and when it arrived I followed the instructions to the word. I went online to see videos etc.
I ended up with the worst burns on my chin and had scabbing for over a week.
When I emailed them to get my money back as they advertise "At Plucky, we're dedicated to your satisfaction" 60 day refund, as they flash this guarantee everywhere. I was asked to send a video and photos for the return and then told that they would not accept the return as it was used. I responded to them to ask how this works - was I meant to look at the device for 60 days and decide I was not happy with it??? and was very polite - they have now stopped replying to my emails. I have sent a number since and they have not replied - Really terrible customer services in my eyes.
It is a shame as this is a NZ company and I am always wanting to support local small businesses - but if they cannot be honest, I will have to write a poor review.
