Never ever again.... worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!!! Placed an order, no confirmation of order, so I ordered items again, ended up with 2 lots of items! Returned one of the items to a UK address, 5 weeks later still waiting for my refund, despite sending numerous emails, always being robbed off with one excuse or another..... AVOID, wish I’d checked the TrustPilot reviews first

After reading the other reviews I am not surprised about what happened to me. I ordered 2 bras, neither of which fit properly so I had to return them. After printing off all the confusing paper work I discovered it was going to cost about £12 to return them, to the Netherlands. There was an address on the label of my parcel, presumably for undelivered items, so I returned it to that address and had it tracked. It was delivered the following day. That was 2 months ago I still haven’t received a refund. This company is a disgrace. I only rated one star so that I was able to write this.

The worst experience I have ever had online shopping. If only I had read these reviews before placing an order. I returned an item over two months ago at my cost and they have not refunded me, nor are they responding to any contact from me. So now they have the item back and they have my money as well.

AVOID at all costs!

Terrible returns procedure and the cost of returns disgraceful. I will never shop with them again.

As many others have said here this company is dreadful. Unclear where their base is. Returns are expensive since they need to be to Europe! I had an issue as I returned my items to the English delivery address. The company have refused to investigate and PayPal have not been able to get justice for me. Avoid this site and this company!

Never never never order from this awful company. Absolute shocking service when trying to get a refund for returned items. Dont expect to see the money again.

Terrible company, not even worth one star. They are not contactable anywhere, England, France or Netherlands. All telephone numbers unobtainable and email bounces.

Recently ordered 3 bras from Playtex Uk.( free delivery) Ordered late April 2020. Had to wait until the beginning of June for parcel to be delivered. I wasn’t bothered that the parcel took so long to arrive because of the Covid problems facing suppliers but I did think it was unusual. When the parcel arrived I noticed it had come from France. Unfortunately the bras ( nice quality) didn’t fit so I had to return.
Went on the website to get the details for return and printed off the return label.
The value of the three bras was £93 so I thought I better go for a tracked deliver.
When the lady at the post office counter asked for the contents value I was informed that the cost of the return parcel ( weight 397g. ) was £14.05.
I knew I would have to pay to return but feel the cost of return is too much.
Would not order from this company again because of cost incurred for returns. It isn’t clear on Playtex site that your parcel is being shipped from France.
Did message Playtex customer service but haven’t had a reply.

Awful customer services. I ordered a bra on 26/10. It has not arrived to date. I have been told to visit neighbours (10 in all), sorting office twice and filled in a Declaration of Honour ( whatever that is). The sorting office have had no contact with playtex and have no record of a claim being lodged.
My money was very promptly taken and I assume, like the other reviewers that I have said goodbye to £30. I will never buy from playtex again. Shame as the product is good when you can get it. I only ordered online because my local shop didn’t have my size and I thought playtex were a reputable company.

Worst company ever. Supposed to deliver within 4 working days. Products did not arrive in time for my holiday. Playtex say the parcel has been delivered, but due to our 8 feet gates, delivery is impossible.
They expect me to find the parcel. BUYER BEWARE ! Playtex may be under a co.uk web address but they are actually in France....NOT, in the UK. So if you telephone you are calling an international number. Customer Service are useless, rude and could not care less. I have always purchased Playtex products, but never again. They are untrustworthy. Buy elsewhere
Update.
I paid Playtex nearly £50.00 almost a month ago for 2 bras and a pair of briefs. They delivered the items, after the due date, to my neighbour. They have supplied a white bra which is filthy (looks like it's been already worn...which is gross) a black bra which is the wrong size. They have not even sent the briefs.The box was in fact and not tampered with. Playtex do not supply a return address on thier website, (unless you want to waiver your Consumer rights) or via PayPal. If you ask them for the address they refuse to supply it. So be warned, if you get the wrong items or damaged goods, or they do not supply you with items you ordered. You can safely say goodbye to any money you have paid them. They are located in France and not the UK
What can I say !

This company is a disgrace. I ordered lingerie for my wedding day nearly three weeks ago and I have had no response to any of my emails asking why I have not received it. There is no phone number to call. I am getting married at the weekend and have received nothing. They have taken my money though!! Please please do not spend money on this company or you will end up like me with nothing. Please note that any orders are fulfilled by a third party ( Global E) and not Playtex and so the Playtex customer service team have no access to orders, shipping or any other activities and so cannot help you. They are also refusing to give me a refund.

Find another source for your underwear ! Awful website and difficult to make a return, wish I had not ordered after having seen all the other awful experiences, find another source for your underwear ! Even after I return the items, I am not hopeful of a refund ! What a mistake !!!

Ordered on line late Tuesday, acknowledged on Wednesday, when package arrived in UK Royal Mail gave me a tracking number and I received my order (which came from France) the following Monday. Excellent quality and service.

J'ai acheté un modèle coeur croisé, je suis déçue... aucun confort, impossible de le porter tant la forme n'est pas jolie.
La forme et la coupe des bonnets sont loin d'être adaptés tant la matière est insupportable sur la peau, le resultat sous les vetements est affreux...

I ordered two bra's for my wife. They were delivered but not as ordered, the colouring was completely wrong. I followed their returns instructions and they received the goods back within 2 days of me receiving them. I did not receive a refund and when I tried to follow up with contact they refused to answer my emails or phone call messages. I had to register a dispute through PAYPAL to get my money back. Playtex still refused to correspond with me and I am out of pocket for the postage costs. This is a terrible company to do business with, poor products and non existent customer service.

I love playtex cross your heart bra, as it sale on Christmas time, I ordered four bras and a corset, size 42 c,what I received four size smaller 36 f !!
I under stand , mistake can be done at busy period, but the service was so poor !!! Just can't believe it !
Send them seven emails kept returning back ,due to their folder is full!
Tried to call ,couldn't get through, when I did ,he was foreigner, very hard to communicate,no customers care at all !!
I have to send my passport copy my address copy and so on, before they send me the prepaid label to return, although it was their mistake , I explain I dont have printer, disabled person ,as I have to go to the library to print, but they they won't listen or understand.
I was so much stressed ,and worried , manage to copy it with my sons help, when he came to visit on Christmas.
I never had a problem with any company like this ,its so straight forward, the return processes, NOT LIKE THIS COMPANY.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THEM !!'
