Appalling customer service . My delivery from France was for some unknown reason left at the Royal Mail Hayes depot but shown as delivered to me in Herefordshire . Photo of an unknown place . Fault of Royal Mail who then returned to sender ..Playtex in France . Royal Mail informed me that I cannot raise a complaint with them . That has to be done by Playtex as they are the sender .
Tried to contact Playtex .spoke to a bot …then another then another .,each time you reply you have to start again with your details and reference numbers , with no record held by them and the same answer ,.”someone will email you “. Have no idea where my order now is and am resigned to losing £50 . Will never order from them again

Hopeless company. As other have said, wish I had read the reviews first. The website directs you to an email address for customer service - it doesn't exist. The 'Can I help you' bot is less than useless. What a waste of money and what a shame - from a company that used to have such a good reputation.

Ordering was easy enough however despite using their size guide the items did not fit and had to be returned, a printer is needed for that plus the return postage deducted from the refund, in my case that was £4.90, no docket supplied as mentioned and the local pick up point found the paperwork confusing as items being sent back to France, it was an unnecessary and frustrating.

I ordered a garment on the 12th July for a wedding taking place on the 24th. I am still waiting for the item to arrive, even though the website states it will take up to 5 days to be despatched. Be aware, the website says co.uk, but all orders are despatched from France, and for some inexplicit reason, then get sent to the Netherlands. Customer service is a pointless avenue to go down, as they themselves take 2 days to tell you the parcel is going to take over 2 weeks to arrive. Please think carefully about placing an order, you are not dealing with a UK store.

I knew I was chancing my arm after reading the reviews but it's the only company I could find selling cotton bras that are also under-wired. (Why other companies think we want them without under-wires I don't know). I ordered through Paypal to be on the safe side. I waited in purposely for them being delivered and they were prompt with delivery. I was vastly pleased with them. The only reason I didn't give them a full five star rating was because the strap at the back of the bras was made of a synthetic material.

I orderd my 2 bras and packet of briefs in March it's April 17th I was told I would receive these on the 16th and if their is any bank holiday it would arrive on the 25th. For the sake of this world I will never ever order from this company ever ever again they are scams frauds by chance one order must have came to one of the ladies in the comments but how can anyone support a business if so many customers have had their money stolen and no items. I know have to make a full complaint regards the company and contact my bank in an emergency to see if they can pay my money back to me and tell the company that they haven't sent my item it's put me in a huge problem now because I paid with klarna I haven't paid this company yet but klarna might now make me pay for the item it's company that klarna had a contact with so I hope it's not a scam company maybe they can call them for me. I'm already under lots of stree I don't need shopping for clothes a stress it's not been pleasant how can shopping for clothes be stress these people don't deserve to open a business if they can't speak English and not tell people they are Foreign speaking so i can avoid people from purchasing and then not respond to emails I have emailed then several times and now told them you rude and disgusting and need to refund me and either they investigate the parcel were it is or il have to report the company they still haven't bothered to reply. I'm so looky I didn't give them my bank details as I have paid yet but klana now might effect my credit rating but this is nit my fault so I will tell them to check trust pilot reviews if they don't believe me I only seen these reviews now and if I saw them soon I wouldn't have bothered to order from this company, who don't care about customers enquires or emails it's rude and I do nit think this company in any shape is form should be continuing business unless they change about how learn how to treat customers money and parcels I've been Flippin scammed I will make Abad mark for their business all the people on here have managed to get nothing but grief from this scam company. If anyone who has been happy with them and their service if you have direct emails for them please email them in regards to all trust pilots emails that why they not responding and nit sending out the parcels on time please. it's utterly disgraceful a huge Playtex company scamming people of their money they will be soon found out and shut down and I will be on the list for compensation I will never ever order from this brand again worst ever experience of my life in the name of shopping I would give the company 0 if I could I will compalin to them now

Ordered a bra from Playtex (UK web site) - price £22.80 with an additional £6 postage charge ( no indication that the bra was being sent from France). The item was not suitable so returned (via DHL) and was charged a further £4.90 by Playtex for the privelidge which was automatically deducted from my refund, thus a total postage charge of £10,90 for an item costing £22.80 - what an absolute disgrace. I will never order from Playtex again. You need to get your act together re postal charges

How I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered directly from Playtex!! I assumed that placing an order directly with the manufacturer would ensure the best customer service - I could not have been more wrong. I ordered 2 bras before Christmas 2022 & after trying one realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I jumped through all the hoops on the Playtex website ( & there are plenty!) in order to return 1 of the bras - yes, I was being VERY fair. Unfortunately this process involved downloading/printing a label - which I can't do. Two or 3 emails later I haven't had reply of any kind - that isn't just bad customer service - it's NON-EXISTENT customer service!!!! I have, reluctantly, decided to give up trying to obtain any sort of reply or service because I have better things to do with my time. However, thanks to Trustpilot I have at least been able to let off steam - for which many thanks. Marilyn Carter

God I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I placed an order on the 14th of December still it’s still not arrived, it’s only coming from France to Ireland!!! I Cannot get a response from Playtex via email or social media. Disgraceful. They’ve taken my money and tracking on item hasn’t been updated since 22nd Dec. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Very poor services Nearly two and half weeks have gone by since I have ordered Still awaiting to receive the goods and the company has asked for a review of the products. Absolute joke. Can not get hold of customer service or an email address to ask about delivery.

If I could have given no stars for customer service I would. I've tried everything to speak with them I was sent BIRTHDAY voucher by them, which doesn't work on their site. Despite numerous emails and requests for contact I cannot get a response from them.
The bras are lovely but I won't buy again as there is no customer service if anything goes wrong. I also got the French answer phone message on the UK phone number

Wish I had read these first. No customer support. The returns label is not accepted. The review site will not accept a poor review.
I have a bra which does not fit and I cannot return.

I sent an email to Playtex in Jan 2022. I have never received a reply. I tried again this week, nothing so far. The number given on the UK website is a recorded message in French. I can find no way of contacting anyone in Customer Service in the UK. Not very professional and very poor

what a website, i purchased gds and have tried to return one item, well within their supposed 60 day returns policy, its worse than a call that your redirected several times, i have given up trying to return an item, that will hang as if it were still in their warehouse brand new and in its packaging.
I even tryed to email them lol redirected, much.
never will i buy their products again!

I wish I had read reviews before buying. Returns and customer service is non existent I bought 4 bras and wish to return 2 my order is not found on the data base on the returns portal . There is no way of contacting customer service other than by email. There is no response from emails. I will now have to keep 2 bras that don’t fit. This is probably the worst online shop I have ever used.

After reading such bad reviews on here, I had to share how pleased I am with my bras, I have the feel good support bras made with organic cotton, and they are the most comfortable bras to ever, I’ve had to get more, these arrived and fitted perfectly, not underwired, so no risk of wires popping out, but you have the band underneath to give you that extra support, these are definitely my go to bra of choice and I will be ordering more, lovely quality too 🤍

I have just spent the entire day trying to cancel an order that was misrepresented on the playtex UK website with the Union Jack displayed - my order, after I paid £70.56, is said to be coming from France (I did not click on a French flag or order page!) I rang to cancel immediately (the number is in France) - a tune plays for 1 minute then the line goes dead. I have since tried a further 3 times with the same result. When you phone the company - Hanes - and the UK customer number given on the playtex website for questions about anything, as well as at the bottom of any email they send, tell you that any it has nothing to do with any orders placed via their website - it all comes from France, including UK orders! My bank will try to recover the money when I raise a dispute but cannot stop the credit card payment which was taken immediately. Customers need to know this before trying to place an order with them.

Attracted by nice looking bras at sale prices, I bought two, and when they arrived, I noticed that despite being ordered from Playtex UK, they had in fact been sent from France. Having tried them on (having been guided by their fitting instructions online, which I now find are not accurate) they were not right. I sent them back to Playtex and, when I was refunded, discovered that because the total value of my order had been less than £50, I had been charged £7 for the initial shipping costs from France and £4.90 for the return shipping. In other words, I had paid almost £12 for trying on the bras in the luxury of my own home. This is ridiculous and not a way to do business. Be warned.

How I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from this company! They advertise that delivery is free. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for returns, and that the returns have to be sent to France. So, to return 3 bras which didn't fit, it's going to cost me nearly £12. Not only that, but they have to be taken to a DHL collection point for return. Judging by many of the reviews on here, I'll be lucky to get my refund. It's a shame, because the product itself is very good, but there is no way I would order from them again.

Awful company where returns are concerned. Printed paperwork and took to local DHL returns shop. Said couldn't return as needed 2 copies of paperwork. No mention of this on website. Drove 10 miles to DHL depot where parcel was reopened and checked as going to Netherlands. Additional form had to be filled in which I think was a customs form. Returns charge is deducted from refund apparently (approx 12 pounds) so that and petrol costs of a 25 mile round trip to return item has made me determined never to order from Playtex again.
