I’m extremely mad the case I bought was terrible and tried to return it they approved it but never gave me a return address or any instructions I tried emailing them no response and they don’t have a phone number to even contact them on the website google should remove them there a complete scam. This started cyber Monday.

You would have to be out of your mind to purchase from this company. Trust me, save your hard-earned money, and stay far away from this company. They provide faulty products and they don't respond to emails or deal with product issues. They should be ashamed to even advertise their company.
Please stay away and don't cause yourself aggravation nor a loss of your hard earned money.

These people are disgusting, read their story its just revolting they are parasites, what we received from them was nothing short of GARBAGE, now we cannot stop them spamming us we receive rubbish from them almost daily WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN do not spend money with them they are liars do not give them your email address they are maggots and parasites they use the TOR browser to disguise their location and identity they have no contact number I hate them we have asked over 20 times to be removed from the SPAM list we will have to change our email in order to get rid of them I star is far too much if I could I would give them a minus rating

This company that sells "luxury iPhone leather cases" is a scam of the century. I bought Pinnacle case for my iPhone 15 pro max online for $60 and shipping took 2 weeks from US postal service. I checked later the same item sold for $0.99 online from AliExpress/Alibaba. The product inscribed on the case said "suteni". Absolutely fraudulent retail seller/scammer. BBB should shut this online retailer down. I will report. Everyone else that receives this type of sale should also report to BBB. Beside there is absolutely no way to contact this seller buy phone/email or chat. This is unheard of. If I had known all these 1 star (0 if available) posted under Trustpilot, I would never have bought my case from PinnacleLuxuries.com!!!!!!

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Privacy screen from them. Delivery was reasonable because I live across the world, fine. However, not only did they send me the wrong type of phone case (must have been for an old A series phone), they also sent me the wrong type of privacy screen (I received flexible TPU film, instead of their advertised hard tempered glass)...

My assumption is that they got some junky working the back store that receives an order and just throws a random box in and hopes it's correct. Just horrible service, customer service is non existent, phone wise or email wise, and well, the product they did send me was down right awful. Save your money, don't get scammed like myself and a lot of others did. The positive reviews are probably from the employees hahahaha

SCAM they resell you FAKE and CHEAP amazon crap for 3 or 4 times the price. and it will take more than a month to deliver

Warning!!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company. They are scammers. They will send you the wrong phone case and not respond to emails also they have no phone numbers of contact. I spent $59.00 for a case I can’t use to small for my phone. other reviews complain about similar situation. Save ur money and deal with Amazon or EBay…. This company is trash.

The products are worth a few dollars from China, no where near what the cost or look like online. I returned my product and never received a refund. Complete scam.

This case is not intended to protect your device nor does it appear to be leather. After dropping my phone once while using this case the case substained a ripped and the material peeling away exposing what appear to be some type of plastic or soft rubber. The corners are easily discolored and shows up as dark spots. Esthetically, it presents nicly but it doesn't appear to be a long lasting case let alone leather. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.

I made one order, which did not arrive. I requested tracking assistance from Pinnacle Luxuries contact addresses, no response. Gave benefit of doubt, assuming postal accident, and ordered and paid again. But once again item did not arrive. I have since tried to get a response from the company 5 times. Not a single reply from any of their customer service or order support email addresses. Completely unacceptable disregard for customer service and purchase support. Feels like a complete scam.

Firstly, they sent the wrong case for my S23 Ultra not even in a box of any sort, just bubble wrap. Secondly I realized it was of poor quality as the slide cover for the cameras broke out of the case when I tried to slide it. I reached out to Pinnacle Luxuries for a refund.... No response.
I waited a few days and contacted PayPal and had some dialog with Pinnacle Luxuries once PayPay was involved... They claimed they would send me the correct case... days later and no updates on if the replacement was shipped... I again got no response.
I again escalated this to PayPal as a "claim", it took a few days but PayPay has confirmed I am getting my refund!

Jewellery packaging display.Two men's black leather jewellery boxes they took over 2 months to be delivered. Then they were delivered to wrong address as Pinnacle put wrong address had to track through there tracking. Had to go through Pay pal as company did not see a problem.

Product said LEATHER men's jewellery box is FAKE leather says they are LUXURY, IS CHEAP Chinese product. MISSING KEY and DISPLACED MIRROR had fallen out before delivery the inside backed with thin cupboard. Waves of uneven padding under false leather. Flimsy lock DOESN'T ALIGN the top moves on the hinge to bottom of box. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service, product and delivery.
THESE WERE GIFTED ONLY TO GO TO TRASH BIN. I was offered 20% on my next purchase surely this is a joke I am devastated. Worst purchase ever. Pinnacle will have the record.

Bought a samsung galaxy s23 case and a galaxy 5 watch band. Shipping was fast and got my order in 7 days. The phone case was great. Bought their heavy duty aluminum case and couldn't be happier. Their watch bands are some of the best I have found too. Would definitely recommend them.

This merchant is just a facade to sell cheap Chinese products masked as luxury. The shipments take forever because most likely they order directly from China when you make an order. I ordered an apple watch band from them thinking that their product will be better quality than those that sold on Amazon for $20, but for $70 I got pretty much the same cheaply made band that I could get on Amazon. I have to admit that the band was fine and could work for someone who doesn't want to spend too much money on a watch band, but I expected somewhat better quality for $70. Anyway - I have tried to return it right away and that's where the real problem is. You won't be able to return it. They just don't respond. So Don't use this merchant.
