Pinnacle has the best Apple watch and Samsung watch bands I have found. My wife has an Apple watch and I have a Galaxy watch and we have been loving their great quality watch bands for over 3 years now. Highly recommended

I really wish I could leave no stars. This company are crooks plain & simple. I purchased a titanium 20mm wide link bracelet for a galaxy watch 6 classic. They sent me a steel maybe 16mm wide bracelet that looked nothing like what I purchased. Then refused to refund my money. Currently going through long process of getting back my money in full. Horrible Horrible business. Just out to make a buck & screw over whomever in the way.

Several months ago, in January 2024, I found myself in need of a sturdy case for my new iPhone 15. After some browsing, I stumbled upon a product from Pinnacle Luxuries that appeared promising. The images showcased a sleek design, and the price seemed reasonable, so I decided to make the purchase. However, upon receiving the item, my hopes were quickly dashed. The case was flimsy, constructed from cheap plastic that offered little to no protection for my phone, especially in the event of an accidental drop.

Determined to address the issue, I attempted to contact Pinnacle Luxuries, only to encounter frustration at every turn. Their lack of a phone contact option left me with no choice but to use their online form, which proved to be a dead end. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out since January, totaling at least five messages, I've yet to receive any form of response. Each message included all the relevant purchase details, including my contact information, but it seems they have deliberately chosen to ignore my inquiries.

In a last-ditch effort to resolve the situation, I took it upon myself to return the item, at my own expense, with the expectation of a refund as advertised by Pinnacle Luxuries. However, my efforts were in vain, as the company not only received the returned item but also chose to disregard me entirely, keeping both the case and my hard-earned money.

The conduct of Pinnacle Luxuries extends far beyond mere unethical business practices; it borders on criminal behavior. By deliberately misrepresenting their products and failing to address legitimate customer concerns and returns, they are engaging in fraudulent activities. While the financial loss amounts to approximately $75, the emotional toll is immeasurable. It's a sense of betrayal and humiliation, having wasted valuable time and energy attempting to communicate with a company that shows no regard for its customers.

In my view, this egregious behavior warrants immediate investigation by regulatory authorities, such as the Better Business Bureau, to prevent further exploitation of unsuspecting consumers. Reflecting on this experience, I deeply regret placing my trust in Pinnacle Luxuries and wish I had paid heed to the warning signs provided by negative online reviews. It's abundantly clear now that my ordeal is not isolated, and countless others have fallen victim to the deceitful practices of this company.

Sent me the wrong size watch band and won't even respond to emails to solve the problem... Do not recommend this place for anything...

Absolute scam of a company. Canceled order same day of order and no response. No contact for company that works, not US based company, total scam. They shipped order anyway and now state only store credit. I disputed with credit company. This place is an absolute scam. BUYER BEWARE. DONT ORDER ANYTHING. PRODUCTS ARE TRASH! BUY BETTER PRODUCTS ON TEMU!

Don't buy from them! After multiple attempts to contact customer service when purchased rubbish product never heard back. Money thrown down the drain. SCAM!

Absolute scam. Requested to cancel the order placed for a phone case before it shipped since it was needed sooner than the 6 week out delivery date. Was told a refund would be processed immediately. After 10 days of pleading, I was told the case already shipped and now I can request a refund after I get it in late March. Absolute scam.

Complete scam, they sold an item they don’t have but send the wrong item, then they said no refund , store credit upon receipt of returned product. Never provide address to return too, never replied for repeated requests for return address.
No google listing because they don’t want reviews. Burgling basta**** it’s all there is to it. The pleasure is in knowing that you think your clever but your shortsighted and your little hustle you’ll still be in a gutter pushing street kebabs in retirement hoping you’ll one day have enough to not work till you die , dumb asses.

Junk, fell apart after 1 month

I paid 65$ for s24 ultra case and never received it. Tried contacting them many times with no success. Had to get my bank to get my money back. Never again!!!

CHEAP!!!!! Says they are an american company, yet the box came with chinese print on it. The front screen cover is loose and constantly falls off. Very fragile the clip broke after 2 weeks. The "magnetic" part for the ribbon is weak. $40 for Dollar General quality. Im going back to VRS products.

Would make it zero but not an option. This company is fraudulent. Not chance for return cause they ghost you. DO NOT USE PAYPAL they will not help. Product was no where near what was advertised

I still haven't gotten my phone case and I paid for expedited shipping. I emailed them three separate times with no response. Infuriating!

Scammy, overpriced, not returnable, and difficult to contact. I've sent 3 emails and no response. I was weary to order through a 'different' vendor outside of the big guys, and I got exactly what I expected, only without all the support.....

Bought a phone case. Looked nice, paid a premium and TIPPED them. 3 RETURN Requests. NEVER a Response! Tried to get refund through PayPal to NO AVAIL!! DENIED because they found that Pinnacle Luxuries had satisfied the transaction. You may rip your fellow man off in this world, but your next world won't be so Luxurious!

This company is a rip off. Fancy website, long shipment time and then when I am sent the wrong item twice, you have to have permission from an email to send it back. They have ignored all my emails and now have one repose saying they will refund one of them. This was in November and this is almost February. I will never see my money. Never buy from this company! The case I purchased is not the one I received. Fraudulent bad actors.

Ordered my watch band on dec.18 2023 they sent me a tracking number ON DEC 19 and have not sent my watch band out!
I want my money back.

I received a watch case that was damaged and wrong color through PayPal!! I sent back paying for shipment and have NEVER been paid back!!!

I ordered a band for my new Apple Watch Ultra 2. The picture shoed that it comes with the band and also with a part that covers the screen, as shown when you search for the following item I ordered:

"TitaniumFlex Pro Premium Titanium Band for Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2"

Two problems:

1. I only received the band, and not the screen cover part!
2. The band will not fit my watch! One side slides in, but the other side does not fit!

I have emailed the 3 times with the problem and they will not respond to my email nor call me. There is no phone # on their website to call. And there is no mailing address to send back the defective band!

They give you an option to return/exchange the band, but they will not give you a mailing address to mail it to!

What a SCAM company. I will report this to the BBB!
