Very disappointing experience. My order (#253753985) was canceled & the refund was officially approved, but I never received the money.
Despite multiple emails, I only got repetitive responses with no proof of refund or resolution. It felt like unnecessary delays and poor accountability.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I ordered a phone case from Pinnacle Luxuries, it did take awhile to arrive but I love it. My problem is that the glass cracked and I've tried to order a new one and no one will respond to me. I've tried repeatedly to reach out to them without success. I know in general customer service isn't a thing anymore but I'm still disappointed.

Wrong item delivered and I have to pay them to return it. I ordered the crossbody bag in National Style (off white with a mosaic design). The delivery was super slow and when it finally arrived it was a completely different bag - "Periwinkle" (grey with flowers) and not even the size I ordered (the one I ordered was supposed to fit a 15" laptop, the bag I received was tiny). I requested a return and they give me "permission" to return it if I pay a $8.24 restocking fee and a $10.73 return postage fee. They send me the WRONG item and it costs me $$$ to return it. STAY AWAY from this company, it appears to me that they company is running a scam rather than actually selling a product.

Would give zero if I could. Ordered what I thought was a high end crystal watch band. Received a cheap knock off - found same band elsewhere online for about $10 - pinnacle luxuries sold for closer to $100 end.

Tried to return and followed all their return procedures. NEVER got the refund. Never heard anything further from them. So they gave my money AND they have the merchandise which I returned through USPS.

Have started a dispute thru my bank. Hopefully bank will provide the credit for the unnreginded return merchandise.

Bottom Line: THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a watchband. It took a few days longer than I expected however Sophia at customer service kept in touch with me and assured me that my band was on the way. I am writing this review as it appears that there is some scams out there pretending to be this business. Other than the shipping delay I have no issues with this business. The band is of good quality and was easily adjusted to fit my wrist.

How does a company like this even exist.....why are they not shut down.
I ordered sunglasses, they send me the wrong color. The glasses are fine for the price. I contact them on their refund page. It was great they were going to send me a return label to send the wrong pair back and then send me the correct pair. Before I can receive the return label, they want to charge me $18.00 USD (wtf)
I am not paying more money for these glasses. When they made the mistake, take responsibility and send me the glasses I ordered. Someone has to regulate these pop up companies just trying to make a quick buck but the rest of us suffer.

Wish I had seen this page earlier. Feel foolish that I was scammed also. Received an email from them telling me my order was on the way but more than two weeks later nothing has been shipped. Contacting credit card company to hopefully get a refund. Do Not order anything from this company!!!

As a new customer my advice is to never trust this brand..they will take ypur money and run off, they are nothing but a THIEF SCAM .... AVOID THEM ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order for two watch bands. One sport, and one for dress. In the middle of my order I was sidetracked. When I got back to it, I was in a hurry, but got them ordered. When I got the tracking info on my order I realized I had ordered the wrong watch case. The band was right but the case was for a different watch. I got a hold of a customer experience specialist. She did better than replacing just the case. She ordered me a complete replacement at no charge. I respect any company that handles their business like that. I would like to thank that customer specialist and the whole company for being so professional. Sincerely John C.

Expensive & Absolute crap! The camera lense protector slide piece does not work. Either stuck closed and you must take the case off to open. Or if you manipulate it then it just slides back and forth on its own.
Good luck getting the stands , one on each side of the caes, open. I have to use a pointed tool to get in the crease to open them to stand the phone up.

I can only say SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered my iphone case on a Sunday afternoon, minutes later I discovered I ordered the incorrect size. Immediately I contacted Pinnacle Luxuries for a change.
Days passed and no reply. I initiated a disputed claim action, they replied a day or two afterwards. Sophia assured me all would be remedied. I have now received the correct size, for my troubles they did so at no charge. Not an easy purchase but, satisfactorily resolved. Thank you

4/23/25: I ordered and received the screen protectors that have the privacy film on them for my ZFold 5. They do not provide the plastic case that facilitates installation, nor any of the additional items such as alcohol pads, cardboard scraper, or dust pads/cloth. However, the description of the item does not state that these items will be included, so please be aware. I installed the screen protectors and had tons of bubbles that were caused by my technique. Despite this, I contacted customer service and Sophia Lane stated that I would receive a replacement free of charge.

UPDATE 5/14/25: Still have NOT received a replacement that Sophia Lane had promised. I have emailed her a few times and keep getting ghosted and ignored. Guess these other reviewers are correct! Don't waste your money on this Pinnacle "Luxuries."

Ordered a phone case and realized the whole operation is a huge China scam. If you've lost money on cheap or undelivered items contact your credit card and file a dispute with them. Most credit card companies side with their customers if you can prove you've tried to contact the company and recieved no reply or recieved crappy mechandise and customer service blows you off. I'm also going to file a complaint with the US Atty. General and my states Atty. General and the Better Business Bureau.

This company sent me the wrong item after I ordered a $54 phone case from them. I have emailed them THREE TIMES trying to get this corrected. They will NOT respond to me! Terrible customer service! Do NOT order from them. I have seen several other negative reviews about this company.

UPDATE: I finally received a response from someone named "Sophia Lane". She apologized profusely and said that the correct item would be shipped immediately. She even answered several questions for me. But guess what? She completely stopped responding to me and the correct item was NEVER sent. I gave them several weeks to respond, which they did not, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. TERRIBLE experience!!

UPDATE - June 24th - My credit card company investigated my claim and I have been awarded a full refund. I notice that Pinnacle Luxuries is now going by the name "Avontic" on their website.

Super fast shipping! Very good product quality at a fair and just price. Always great seller communication. A perfect fit for the Pinnacle Luxuries Anti Spy Apple Watch Ultra II Case. I have never encountered a bad experience from this Company. Quite the contrary actually. Yes, sometimes the shipping may take longer than expected but this is NOT the Companies fault by no means. I see a lot of bad reviews and this is just not fair at all. I feel bad for this company due to the bad reviews left. Some of them are flat out lies and should not be taken seriously. I’ve already done business with this Company 7 different times and never encountered a bad experience. Yes, shipping may take longer than usual but you have to understand this is the ONLY Company who creates these unique watch cases. Once the Company ships the item out (which is always super fast)….its left in the shipping partners responsibility. Even that said, people need to be more kind not only to the Company, but also to the shipping partners responsibility as they are dealing with millions of shipments and they too are only human. I’m a 100% VA Disabled Army Veteran and Pinnacle Luxuries takes care of America’s Veterans. My opinion….Be patient and more kind. If you think for just a second, Pinnacle Luxuries is NOT intentionally wanting to be mischievous towards the consumer. I seriously doubt they have an agenda on wanting to defraud anyone. I think the BBB should take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and consider there are a lot of mean people out there who lack patience with purchasing time to delivery time. If anyone ever has a problem, then keep reaching out to Pinnacle Luxuries and give them a fair chance to respond and make right on what you think they did wrong. In Conclusion: Be more kind cause your words within your reviews can hurt others.

Ordered several watch bands and received incorrect item twice . It’s like Fort Knox trying to complete a return . Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping product back . Of which is ridiculous. Total rip off. Return email address is a Gmail about of which is a total eye riser . What you order isn’t what you’ll get . I feel like they complete your order blind folded and don’t care what they ship and it’s an act of congress to get your money back . Total rip off company.

Received today, not even close to what I rendered, wrote to the customer service address they provided, and it bounced back. I will not buy here again, I suspect it is a scam. Will change your credit card number.

Bought the Paracord Rope Survivalist Workout Band For Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 5 4. I received it today and though it fits the watch, the latching mechanism requires a second person be involved to put the watch on (you hold the band in place while the other person inserts the pin and screws it down. You can probably take it off yourself, but I can't prove that. After 8 or 10 tries, it is impossible to close the watchband by myself. Had it been an adjustable ratchet type latch, like on most metal bands, this would be an excellent watchband, but the two-piece horseshoe-shaped shackle/pin design makes it completely unusable. Because of this design flaw, I request a full refund with no restocking fee.

Scam. I bought a band for my boyfriend that I also never received. Nobody will return my messages.
