Excellent service as ever from Pikl Insurance today when I enquired about my renewal quotation. The representative I spoke to called Leila, was very approachable and put me at ease whilst being very professional, she read out all the legal requirements but kept stopping and checking I understood what was being said and inviting questions if I was uncertain. I would be very happy to recommend Pikl insurance company.

I was looking a second home insurance. I was transferred to PIKL by Confused, as they specialise in 2nd home insurance. Access to PIKL was easy via Both Online and very efficient Phone service.
Unfortunately, Policy endorsements were not acceptable to me , So I had to cancel. I got a better deal somewhere else. I received a full refund and the process was easy and smooth.
People I spoke to were polite, understanding and helpful.
Although, I didn’t get policy suited to my needs, but my experience was excellent

You quickly get actual people on the phone who are friendly knowledgeable & can answer your questions without putting you on hold forever, or worse failing to call you back. Light years better experience than other insurance companies, who wasted huge amounts of my time while never being able to properly answer if they could provide cover or not. I'm going to keep using them because it was a good experience taking the cover, sorted simply no messing about, and because calling back in about a question was again, smooth process for simple answers in no time at all.
