With Jump, you can really fine-tune exactly what you’re looking for, rather than just posting a generic advert.

Fair fees, for a proper job.
Recruitment agencies charge a lot, 15% to 25% some times as high as 1/3 of the annual salary. so if you are looking for someone in middle management with a salary of £50k you will be spending £10K+ just to fill that role, and what do you get for that a new graduate who is only interested in his or her 2k bonus for filling a role, they will basically shift through lots of CVs and shortlist for you. And then having spent £10k what happens if the new hire only lasts 3 months you would spend another £10k and be wishing that the original employee who wanted a £3k pay rise was given it.The first role we posted with Jump, we received a shortlist of highly suitable candidates and filled the role in three days.

Young company with great potential. They are trying to really change the recruitment process with agencies and it is really impressive what they are able to do. While not everything is iron-out yet, they are really putting the passion and trying to deliver the best experience possible.

I've been emailed from their boss but to reply their job post you must complete a long form with a sort of double behavioural quiz. I've been then contacted for a "quick" call, that instead of switching to plan a proper skype/face to face interview considering its length, continued with an endless number of graduate-level questions. When I asked of more informations about the company they were looking a position for, they promised a following email but I had no response.
Maybe I've been just unlucky but honestly I never had the impression that the entire process was professional managed especially if compared with the time you need to spend on it.
