This company took my order in June 2021. Today is 1st of July 2024 and I have just had a verdict by a JUDGE for these scam artists to give me my money back.

Take them to the small claims court under 'The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - Part 3'

I hope everyone reading this takes action and gets the refund they deserve.

You stole me near 500+ EUR 3 years ago for an outdoor hnt miner/arrived after 2,5 years and I refused to receive as is worthless...Why you don't refund? I have asked for a refund years ago...

After an absolute joke of a purchase process with Pi supply repeatedly failing to send an order over a period of months when the item was eventually delivered it was faulty and the company have now been ignoring any attempts to interact with or contact them for almost 2 months

Shocking service , item ordered over 2 years ago . Arrived faulty , on trying to contact customer services emails are just ignored or passed on to other staff memebers which aren’t able to resolve . Don’t honour any returns policy’s outlined on their website ….. avoid

They don't respond any of my refund requests. After 2,5 years they sent me the goods I bought. I will be rejecting and going to small claim. Hope this works.

I tried to reach support team as well as the CEO/CTO Aaron Shaw. He blocked me from LinkedIn for sending my request / concerns directly to him. This should explain how responsive the company is. They either ignore or block -if they can-.

Please if you haven't already, don't buy anything, for the sake of yourself.

The only way to get a refund is through small claims court - never had to deal with a company like this! Best of luck to anyone thats done buisness with them or are thinking of doing buisness with them!

Bought Nebra and received after 2 years. Then couldn't get the refund processed because it is not refundable?

Never had a problem with these guys, apart from I can't get a pi from them. Lol!

Painful service, company took money, denied refunds and changed their website terms and conditions, they only sent out the item once I filled for a court ruling…

Using web archives I was able to take them to court and claim money back, best to use a free mediator and take it from there

Quite possibly the worst run family company I have ever experienced, lies , cheats, no respect for law or legislation, held money for two years,ignoring requests for refund claiming “ bespoke item” when it’s off the shelf parts from china . Deal with them at your own risk . Avoid at all costs

Nearly 2 years late. Refused to refund or let me cancel order. Terrible customer service.

I have bought the item in April 2021 and until today date still not been delivered I have requested for my money to be refunded but the answer is that the item will be delivered they can not issue a refund
my advice is to avoid these companies they are thieving scam

Ordered Nebraska unit over two years ago. Soon after I ordered, it was clear that there was a huge fiasco with the delays. I asked for a cancellation and a refund right away. They said they couldn’t do that because it was being shipped. It didn’t ship for another 2 years! I just now got these things. For two years I wrote them over and over telling them I wanted a refund and I wanted to cancel my order, and that was the only thing I wanted to do. Over and over they dismissed me and sent back generic worded emails.

They’ve have $1000 of my money. I have two units that are useless. I’m quite sure the headquarters of this company are in hell. Look at all the other reviews were they did the same thing to people.

Apparently my order was fulfilled a full 2 and a half years after I placed it. Still haven't received it, and I know many others are in the same situation I find myself in, avoid at all costs.

Absolute criminals, I was so happy when I got the email asking me to review pi-supply.
I've fought for months/nearly a year to get a refund. I've been lied to, ignored, blocked. I eventually got my money back with a Section 75 due to pi-supply no longer responding to my credit card company (after lying to them initially). As soon as I've posted this, I will go see other reviews, after seeing Reddit/Facebook groups/posts about how to obtain a refund, I will be shocked if this review isn't surrounded by others who have experienced the same as myself.

Me and wife ordered 2 miners april 21. Mine turned up over A YEAR LATE and my wifes HAS NOT TURNED UP OVER 2 YEARS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!

Company is a fraud denying money back for non item received. Ordered miner well back in 2021 and not recveived so cancelled order but no refund was given. I URGE everyone to do a Charge Back from your credit Card or Debit Card provider. I was sucessfull geting money back this way. please contact your bank and they will get money back.
Scam of a company cannot get away with this..
