Appalling company

1 star is too many

Pi Supply did good.

I was sent a 10% discount code via email for solar panels and pi-supply gear.
The code didn't work on solar panels as advertised.
I've been waiting 2 months for a solution, each time they said "we are working on it".
Honestly these folks have no idea what they are doing and customer service is an absolute joke.

At one point they forgot my initial query and said "stock will be arriving soon"
Buy from better people is my advice

Always kept up to date on the progress off my order.

Almost a year to get what i ordered. do not waste your money with this con site

Thieves. If i could give them 0 stars i would do. Ordered products from pisupply and have not received them. One year later still not recieved my products and they wont refund me. Avoid this company at all costs

absolutey appalling company, do not order...
ordered items on 7/4/21 items and still have not arrived. Yes its taken a whole year,. plenty of broken promises and empty works.
Initially offered a refund and are now refusing to honour the offer.
their excuse for not refunding is that they now have the goods and are shipping to all clients. These are not bespoke items that have been ordered

These are the rudest foulest people I've encountered. Nothing delivered but lies. They intentionally refunded me to a dead account to be spiteful because I used strong words after they just stopped answering messages calling service tickets. They took over 10 million in orders it's been nearly a year of stories and bad customer service. now they are playing games here to remove reviews.

Sorry but waiting 10 months for delivery was too long, missed out on earning a lot of helium; very poor rewards now, unforgiveable. I cannot see me getting ROI any time soon only getting 1 helium per month.

Ordered in April. Received product almost 8 months late.
If I'd known I was effectively buying into almost a Kickstarter project (but with no upside or discount) I would not have bothered.

Complete lack of communication re: continual delays.

Will not buy from here again. (Sold item same day received as had lost interest in the project).

Refund process began 17 days ago. Still no funds returned to me. I'll visit the company in person if they don't pull their finger out.

I've reported this company to Trading Standards. I suggest anyone with the same issue do the same.

After waiting long on the miner, the support is excellent.
