This was my first experience
This was my first experience, and I was initially apprehensive. My laptop was the first item I submitted, and for a while I wasn’t sure I would receive the gift card, but it ultimately worked out. I then submitted my phone on April 5th and my husband’s on April 7th, and so far I’ve only received confirmation for his. I plan to check my UPS receipt to follow up on mine. Overall, the process is easy, though there are a few minor hiccups.
