Easy, seamless, no-cost- to-me solution to assure electronic devices are recycled appropriately and even gave me a few $$ back. I appreciate the updates at each step so I always knew what’s next.

Just call it a recycling program
Just call it a recycling program. It feels bad to send a working laptop, told it was worth some money. Then when it fails some unknown test, we get nothing. The list of tests is not published. I sent three laptops with offers of nearly 300 total, in the end I got 30 on one and Zero on the other two.
It feels disingenuous. It would have felt better to recycle or donate it.

Easy to navigate the process! The boxes promptly arrived and I was able to track the shipment once I had my computer packed and shipped. I received my Costco Shop card in about a month after I initiated the process. The amount on the card was exactly as estimated.

My main issue is the payout
My main issue is the payout. I don't understand how I could have restriction on how to spend my own money. Why can I not take the payout and deposit it in my bank account.
The sending kit took so long to come.

100% five stars. I’m not techy and with the recent loss of my beautiful husband who could do all this stuff, I’m relying on my close friends to help me. Bought a new iPad and she says let’s turn this one in and see what you can get and there you go. Such an easy process. And quick too.
