Easy, seamless, no-cost- to-me solution to assure electronic devices are recycled appropriately and even gave me a few $$ back. I appreciate the updates at each step so I always knew what’s next.

Not real clear about this. Not sure where the money goes? And joined Cosco to do this. Said phone was $531.. then I got $106. I think the phone was worth more. Should have traded at Amazon. And do not know still where I get the money.
