I've used this company on and off for over 10 years. They are fast, reliable, cheaper than Royal Mail and easy to reach by phone. Never had a priblem with them.

I have used Pharos for overseas and locally and I recommend them to everyone. They are very helpful on phone or live chat. Girl in the office called A.....(not going to publish her name ) she was extremely helpful.

I used to send two packages from Newcastle to Majorca. The service was perfect ; they picked up on time and arrived undamaged. We asked for change the collection day because we had a problem and they solved very quickly.

Good experience.
My parcels were picked up in UK by a very polite, friendly and helpful driver, on time as well. The delivery to Portugal was amazing as the delivery address is quite difficult to locate due to its remoteness, the parcels were delivered on time. Easy to track online. Good prices
They have a very competitive prices to send parcels abroad or nationwide but unfortunately they still don't cover certain areas for example the south of Spain, but very good in general

We cover all of Spain including the Balerarics the only place we have to give you a different quote for is the Canary Islands which because it is in the Atlantic parcels have to go by air rather than road.

Fast, efficient and very affordable
I used Pharosparcel to ship boxes from London to Italy. They were by far the cheapest option available (ca. 25GBP per box of 30kg). The shipment is performed by UPS and 5 days later (3 business days) the packages were there.
I definitely recommend Pharosparcel and have actually already done so with my friends

Delivery of framed picture to grand daughter
My grand daughter and her partner have just purchased their first house: lovely but short on pictures. She's a teacher so I bought them a print of Elizabeth Forbes' 'School is Out' and had it framed. I contacted Pharos on line, printed out the delivery slip and wrapped the picture. It was collected the next day and, the day following, delivered intact to my grand daughter's house, 284 miles distant from our home in Cornwall. Terrific.

It was easy to navigate the web page and place my order. I sent an e-mail re the possibility of dropping off the parcel my email was promptly responded to with a map of 3 places where my parcel could be dropped off at. The parcel arrived in Portugal in under a week, before I returned. Would definitely recommend this service.
