I've used this company on and off for over 10 years. They are fast, reliable, cheaper than Royal Mail and easy to reach by phone. Never had a priblem with them.

Very happy customer so far
I have sent a lot of parcels with parcel force before I was told about Pharos Parcels.
Their website is so easy to use and all parcels are collected on time and delivered safety on time .
They are also incredibly cheap and great value
Would recommend them to anyone

Damaged Parcels
I have been using Pharos since I opened my eBay account earlier this year.
2 of the parcels I have sent, collected by UPS, have arrived at their destination completely smashed and damaged. One parcel, a synthesiser, was in a metal flightcase! It had done three world tours with me in the case and survived without a scratch, give it to UPS and one delivery later it's in pieces. They must have tried really hard to break it. Similar with the second parcel although that was in a cardboard box.

Good value for odd shaped parcels.
Sent a fishing rod in a 2 metre tube via this company, they where the only ones that had a sensible price. Pick up is an all day slot though.

Apart of losing one suitcase that was missing for one month everthing i had inside was destroyed like a screen computer or a laptop, the cases arrived almost open because of the damage

I am really sorry you have had such a bad experience. I remember this incident, we do recommend that you do not send a suitcase on it's own that they must be enclosed in a box. This is because the labels can come off them and they get lost, any lost items are sent to an overgoods department in Germany and do experience additonal handling.
We did do everything we could for you to find your suitcase for you.
I apologise for the negative experience you have had this time.

Picked up on the Friday then delivered Monday morning was cheapest price I could find I was very happy as was the recipient of parcel. I will be using them again plenty of updates and info on location of parcel from leaving my property to recipients property

Amazing service! Fast and cheap!
Would definitely use Pharos again. I live in Spain now since moving from the uk and have lots of things that I send over and always use Pharos they are great.

I am sorry to hear this, I know we are in the process of trying to find them for you.
If a box goes missing it can be because the label has come off and we instigate a tracer for them straight away.
Usually our carrier UPS are very good at finding lost boxes but we need more information than just brown box.
We have asked you to give us a rough list of what was in the boxes which will help us to find them for you.
As soon as we have this we can then ask UPS to search in their overgoods department for your belongings.

Great service
My parcel was a 30kg one, but doesn't matter about the weigth (same price 10 to 30!)
They came day after to collect it and it arrived on time.
