They don’t pick up the phone your reply to you messages, or return your calls AVOD, AVOID, AVOID can’t not trust them to do business as they are so unreliable.

In reply to their reponse, the phone line excuse is rubbish, this has been like it for weeks plus they don’t respond to the emails, furthermore the number is diverted to a mobile phone that says the mailbox is now full, I wonder why? The plain truth is, they are too small am operation that candy service their customers needs.

Best shipping company. ultra swift, professional, cheap and great customer service. Use them all the time to bring goods from UK to Ibiza, Spain. Highly recommended

Intially my package was tracked to Dundee where it sat stationary for three days, when in fact it was sat in an office in Suffolk having not been picked up! When this was rectified a delivery date of three weeks later was scheduled, which seemed like a long time from uk to Ibiza. The drivers then couldn’t deliver despite having the address, and this was labeled as my fault for not giving a local number as I had given them a uk number (which would have worked if they’d have rang it!). My housemate then contacted as I was away. giving them the addrsss and rescheduled delivery for that day to no success after waiting in for it all day! After expressing my dissatisfaction at the service and lack of delivery I received a rude and offensive email off the customer service manager!!
I would never use again!

I just had a parcel delivered from the UK to a small island in Spain. I was that nightmare customer who wasn't fully prepared with all of my details and shipping information before I placed my pick up with Pharos. I asked to cancel the pick up but they kindly put it on hold to save me the extra fees. They were then very accommodating when it came tie to pick up and deliver the parcel and it even arrived early. Jet Judson was the support staff who assisted me and was very kind and accommodating. I feel relieved that I have found this service as direct shipping from the UK to Spain isn't always possible and Pharos delivery system makes me feel like I am in good reliable hands. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them frequently in the future. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I booked a courier through pharos parcels and I received all the information saying I would get a text to confirm time of collection. I never received the text so I called them and I speak with a super rude lady who says she can't help as it doesn't depend on them. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered and the only infomation I see is that about 40 hours ago the parcel was moved to a deposit. Wish me luck!

Some days ago I sent a bad opinion of Pharos Parcels, as my daughter have lost some of the parcels she sent, now I have to say that is was an unfair opinion , Pharos Parcels is just a broker and the ultimate responsable for the lost has been DPD Groupe, Pharos Parcels has hardly tried to find the parcels through many contact with DPD groupe , so thank you Pharos parcels for your help.

Hace unos días mandé una mala opinión sobre Pharos Parcels ya que que mi hija perdío algunos de los paquetes , la opinión era injusta ya que han intentado encontrar los paquetes mediante varios contactos con DPD GROUPE, el responsable último de la perdida de los paquetes. Gracias Pharos Parcels por las gestiones y la ayuda.

A la hora de seleccionar la mensajería no os guiéis por la mas barata sino por la que más garantía os de, y he de decir que DPD groupe no da ninguna garantía, y en mi caso han sido bastante incompetentes.

We have used Pharos parcels for around seven years. Regular parcels to Spain (4 or 5 times a year) and both to other European countries and domestically within the UK.
They are great to deal with either booking via their website or or on the phone. Very efficient and polite.
A tip (and this is regarding the couriers not Pharos) try to ensure the parcel is picked up well in advance of public holidays either in the UK or abroad as they can sit in the Couriers depot over a long weekend or particularly at Christmas and New year.
Just sent another box to Spain this morning!

I sent a parcel to Madrid which I do 3/4 times a year. Once booked it
was picked up the day it said it would be by Ups and delivered 3 days later without fail. ( With all Easter eggs still in tack ) Can't recommend them enough. Spoke to Jess about whether I could put an item in the box and she was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant service. Once again PharosParcels have come up trumps.

After a complaint regarding a few mistakes Pharosparcel made, Mrs. Fionna McLellan, the Director, replied to me. She was very rude and unprofessional and instead of apologising for all the inconvenience caused was aggressive. Then she bothered me with a very stupid and offensive e-mail. Should she get in touch with me again, I'll report this to the police.

Great website, easy to use. Good prices. They use UPS courier company which is really good and can be trusted! And really good customer service! If there is any problems with delivery, they will phone you and do their best to make sure your parcel gets to your customer! Definately would recommend!!!

I left two iPads in a foreign airport and needed a courier who was prepared to collect from a lost property office. No-one else but Pharos would sort it - thank you so much

My review is addressed to the amazing professionals working at the other end of the phone. I booked a collection with UPS through Pharos Parcel, there was a misunderstanding causing some tense encounter between the driver and myself and he left without collecting my parcels.
I called Pharos Parcel and I was attended super efficient. I was told they will deal with it and that they'll call me back. The second person I spoked to was not the same as the first one but she had explained the situation and it was being handled, really appreciated that I did not have to explain the problem again.
I was told I would get a call next morning and I did, after deciding to get another company (as I did not want to face the same driver) they handled everything, booking the new company and sending me the new labels. It's been hassle free and the service I've got from both professionals working at Pharos Parcel has been outstanding!! I highly recommend this company, it is a relief to get this good customer care when you are already stressed out with a move.

My parcels have just been sent out today therefore I cannot comment on the timings yet.

This is the second time I am using PHAROSPARCEL and I would highly recommend them. My first parcel to Portugal arrived safely and took the time I expected. This occasion I have 4 parcels to send and some queries with insurance cover. It is so good to be able to a talk to an actual person for a change. I found their staff extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, whilst not losing any professionalism, nothing seems like too much trouble, this is like a breathe of fresh air!
So I would like say thank you to Pharos Parcel, and to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent all round service do not hesitate to use them online or by phone/and or email if there is anything you don't understand.

First of all, when you move to other country you Have many things to do before moving not just sending boxes. But you can forget this part with Pharosparcel, because they do it for you.

These days it can be difficult to find a service that works from start to finish. Pharos Parcel is one of the few exceptions. The website works, on the morning of the pick up there's an email giving a 1 hour time slot, on the morning of the delivery there's an email giving a 1 hour time slot. The prices are reasonable. When I rang up (before using the service) to get some info, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and interested. Great team! Highly recommend!

I called to ask for a change in pick up and they responded quickly and were able to be flexible. This is the second time I have used Pharos to deliver to family in Ibiza and delivery was quick and the large box arrived in good condition (you do have to ensure its packed correctly for the contents)
