Pettable is a great and responsive service but the clinicians are hard to work with
It was really easy to set everything up and have an in-depth conversation with my clinician about my needs. Still, once I received my ESA letter, it was challenging to keep my clinician informed and to answer any further questions my University had. Granted, Pettable and its support services respond far more quickly to help requests. There seems to be a disconnect between the information Pettable gave me and what my clinician does. My clinician won't respond to anything I say in the chat.

I legitimately need my dogs. I had tried another service and their letter was immediately rejected. Then I spoke with Pettable and had no problems having both of my pups approved as service animals.

As much as this training is good for…
As much as this training is good for the pet, it’s good for the pet parents too. Daisy and I are loving this training program. It’s easy to understand, and we can practice and learn at our own pace. I can see that Daisy is really enjoying learning new things, and having new experiences. Great program and highly recommended.

Very quick and compassionate
I renewed my ESA letter and before my meeting was started they noticed that I had accidentally over paid and not charged the renewal fee. They had it corrected and after rescheduling we met went over everything in a quick chat. Very easy!
