I want a refund

The lady wouldn't even listen to me, and was totally argumentative!!! Absolute joke!!!!! Waste of time and money. I want a refund.

Easy but there is space for improvement

The information and materials provided are clear, well structured, and easy to follow. One aspect I would suggest improving is the certification at the end of the course: the certificate is issued for the dog, whereas it would be more appropriate for it to be issued to the human handler, as one person may train and work with multiple dogs.

I met with a licensed therapist the…

I met with a licensed therapist the very next day and was approved for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). The apartment complex accepted the letter, and as an added bonus, I was not required to pay any pet deposits or additional pet rent.

It worked!

Had potential but not quite

I was assigned to Kya Miller. I was waiting for her to call me for my first consultation and she ended up calling me almost 30 mins after our scheduled time. Once she finally called, there was no apology or explanation to why she called me so late. I ended up getting my letter but needed to schedule additional appointments so I did that. I’m waiting for her to call me again for my second consult and she never calls me. I sent her a message on the portal and she never got back to me. I finally reached out to customer service and they said she didn’t feel comfortable proceeding with the process…not sure what she was so uncomfortable about when she does this for a living. She didn’t even bother to tell me or anything. The only good thing out of this experience was that I was able to get a full refund.
