Ghosting, deceptive pricing, long wait times

I paid $135 to get an ESA letter. My first therapist ghosted me, so I got assigned to another one (who was fantastic, nothing against her). My apartment needed a simple signature for a form, and somehow this was not only not included in the package I bought (which was supposed to be more “comprehensive”), it cost an additional $40 just to get a signature. After that, I was supposed to get an Amazon giftcard emailed to me as a part of the $135 package I bought, and they still haven’t sent it after two weeks (they told me it would be sent within 2 weeks). There’s no reason it should take that long, I’ve done it before sending a digital giftcard takes 2 seconds. This plus the deceptive pricing left me with a bad experience.

We were approved and it was easier than…

We were approved and it was easier than expected, we have not recieved our letter yet as we live in Ca. Hopefully the letter will help us get our pups in to our new place. We will give an update when we get and have used the letter.

Kya Miller...WHOMP WHOMP...

Kya Miller LICSW, LCSW I am extremely dissatisfied with the conduct of the provider assigned to me. After issuing my ESA letter and after I paid for all required services, the provider later attempted to retroactively condition the validity of the documentation on additional follow-up appointments that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. The provider threatened to invalidate the documentation and contact my landlord if I did not comply, despite my good-faith participation in the process and despite no renewal or update being requested. This conduct was coercive, unprofessional, and caused direct harm, including the denial of my housing accommodation.
