Service worked very well … worked with a real nice therapist and I was approved for the ESA.
In just a few days.
Nice reps that assists you through the process!
However my next step is getting my dog approved for the service dog!

ESA letter
I had been worrying about who to go with since my old company was not doing this anymore. I have 2 cats that bring me great comfort and calm and they go everywhere with me. When my ESA letter ran out I was in a panic about who to go with. After researching to find the most trusted, ( which happens to be pettable) I looked no further and set up an appointment. The doctor was great and I had my letter in no time. Everyone that I came into contact with was amazing. Trustworthy, Professional Doctors
Dr. Candace Murray is an excellent mental health professional. I trust her implicitly. She was able to determine that my long-standing anxiety issues (involving both the 911 terrorist attack and COVID employment shutdowns) had been resolved because of my pets and their comforting presence in my life.

I NEVER heard of them and I was reviewing my bank statement and I found a 130 charge. I've contacted my bank to reverse the charges. STAY AWAY from a company that steals your money.

Rude therapist.
The therapist I talked to was very aggressive and didn’t seem very kind. As someone who deals with anxiety and depression, I typically expect my therapists/counselors to understand that and not greet me and speak to me with a tone and demeanor that incites more anxiety out of me. She was just very rushed, semi-rude and unkind. The process itself was really easy and quick though. So I’d imagine my review would be higher had I had a different therapist.

ESA Letter
Dr. Taylor is prompt, professional and courteous. Have used her services for several years and always have had a good experience.
The staff handling billing issues are wonderful as well.
Only issue is the website itself. I find it difficult to navigate to exactly where I need to be for renewals and obtaining time with the therapist. I had to reach out to her directly to get an appointment. Packages that are available are a bit confusing as to what you would actually be receiving. Just seems cumbersome.
